Myfriendcalls says he is broke down I pick him up he is telling me the truck needs a new started we run down the block and ask the guy at the counter what do we need to replace a starter we have never done one before but may need to do one tonight it is 9:00pm the guy listens to us explaining the problem lights work clicking sound blah blah blah he says one click or a bunch we say a bunch he says it is more likely your battery he suggests we go get the battery gives us pliers we bring back batter it tests bad we buy a new battery get back to the truck PROBLEM SOLVED! The guy was real nice and the battery was a lot easier to replace then a starter! Thanks guy at the counter at Auto Zone 5 Stars earned!

Went in today for transmission fluid and a funnel. Enrique C. helped me. He went above and beyond when my chipped card gave me difficulty. Enrique was patient and worked through the issue making a trying event smooth. Thank you so much!!!! He made a lifetime customer with his customer service skills.

Went to this store looking for brake pads for my trailer, give the measurements. And they refused to help, was advised to go to Advance Auto, they didnt have what I wanted, but they did help me find who did. This store is run by some lazy morons.

The return policies at this store are very poor. I took a return to a store close by with no problems. The manager at this store suffers from small man syndrome, unfortunately.
