I am not one to write reviews because I believe that a company is doing its best and one bad experience is not enough to write a negative review. Unfortunately, I experienced such a bad experience I want the company to know that what they say and do are not good business practices. First, I love the concept, it is a great idea to get meds and save time AND money. Here is my issue: I agreed to try out this new system on the conditions that my meds were "GUARANTEED next day". I confirmed multiple times that this was true and I would have no issues and i was reassured they have all meds and would have no issues filling and delivering my scripts. As of yesterday only 2 of 4 were delivered, I had to go pick one up at my pharmacy late in the evening when they decided to tell me they didnt have it in stock. The final strike to this already inconvenient experience was when the pharmacy had no details for my last (and most important) script. When I called MedzDirect I was put on hold without warning for 15 minutes just to be told "we called you and the doctors office to notify you both the script was not in stock." Stop right there, thats not true because I have no missed calls and no voicemails and the doctors office was closed when they allegedly called them to notify. So after calling the doctors office myself, they were as confused as I was and I was told now that I SHOULD be receiving a call today sometime to let me know whether the script will be sent to my local pharmacy or if I have to drive to the location (which is only open while im at work) to go pick up a physical script, then deliver it myself to the pharmacy and pick it up later. I was given a false promise and now forced to do the EXACT thing i was hoping to avoid. Overall this is a great concept but horribly executed. I will NEVER participate in this program and I suggest anyone who needs meds daily (which most do) to either deliver the scripts yourself or simply have them send it to the local pharmacy (especially for controlled substances) The worst part is no one seems to take responsibility for the mistake and that is why I spent the time to construct this review. If ANYONE had taken responsibility or even apologized, I would not be the slightest bit upset. A little common courtesy goes a LOOOONG way. 0/10 will never use again.

My Girlfriend has used this company to deliver her meds. First time they delivered to her old address. We immediately called and made sure they have the correct address. Its been almost 3 weeks now and still no answers as to why the meds have yet to be delivered. Called again this morning to confirm the address is correct which it is and we still havent received any correspondence from the company. If there is a medical emergency from the negligent handling of her medication our attorney will be in contact. DO NOT USE MEDZ DIRECT if you really depend on your medication. I wouldnt trust them to deliver Tylenol.

Great and convinient Pharmacy, employees are friendly. They have a magic gummy that exhilarated my experience with my partner. We had an amazing time! Increased my sensitivity and made my anniversary a night to remember! I will definitely recommend for anniversaries, birthdays, and any special occasion.
