Every time I go to this pharmacy I have some issue with my prescriptions. Im not alone, there are always others in line that seem irritated when they get sent to "the other line" to find out what is wrong with their order. Ive seen more than one person walk out. I waited in lines and for my order for over an hour (70 minutes to be exact) the last time. They told me that they just had an issue when they called it in. She called it in again and I guess it went through so I was told to sit and wait and theyd have it ready. I heard her say "critical" when she handed it over to the pharmacist. I sat and waited another 20 minutes before I got up and stood another 10 minutes in line to check on it. It was on the rack with all the others, no one even called me. I could have been sitting there forever waiting. I was a bit irritated at this point and when I asked what happened I didnt get much satisfaction with that answer. Seemed like what happened to me was business as usual. From the other stories that I heard while I was waiting, this pharmacy needs to look at their flow of work and procedures for getting it done in a timely manner. Their people skills at the register need to be looked at as well. Stop sending everyone to the "other line" to find out what is wrong with their order. Just tell us right there!! Then we can make a decision if there is time to wait on it. Dont make me stand in another 20 minute line so you can call my insurance again, which you should have done in the 2 days prior to me getting there.

I have always heard bad comments from this Walmart pharmacy and never pay attention until now 4/10/17 first time that I leave a prescription and yes is the worst pharmacy in this area, the cashier should be retrain she was an inept and racist who does not know how to do her job and the Pharmacy Tech are super slow doing their job and dont care about their customers.
