Staff at this location were very rude. Although I was smiled at I was never greeted, not even I single hi! I guess socializing with the "regulars/friends" were more important. As I was looking at shirts in the back one gentleman flying past me. A couple times I thought we was gonna hit me. After a couple times of back and forth, he finally said excuse me. That was the most someone said to me. I was down here in Naples training and needed, well wanted, a new pair of training pants and a new shirt. Guess I did look like I would buy.....

I purchased a pair of shorts about two months ago. Just last week I noticed a snag on the back side that also started to run. I brought my shorts into the Waterside location where Elizabeth helped me find a new pair since the color I had was no longer in stock. She exchanged out the damaged shorts with no problem. Other brands do not assist their customers like Lulu does. I will never buy shorts anywhere else. They are so helpful.

Employees there as of July 18 2016 at around 2 were extremely pushy and wouldnt leave me alone, I just wanted to browse but I was being followed everywhere!
