This place has great high quality products. BUT the owner is without a doubt the rudest man I have had the displeasure of crossing in many, many years. I was in the store with my 10 year old daughter and 12 year old son at the festival Mt. Dora puts on for their Christmas Tree lighting. My daughter loved a pair of shoes they had and was trying them on...knowing my mom needed to get her a Christmas present I pulled out my phone and took a picture of the tag so I could send it to her and tell her to stop by and get them. Get them as in purchase them from the store. Apparently the owner thought differently and he LITERALLY screamed at me... Sir you need to leave my store. Mind you a normal person would have just talked as adults talk...but no that guy would have no talking as adults do. I pointed out to him that is he didnt want pictures taken in his store perhaps he ought to post a sign indicating such. Anyway...this man is vial and foul. My daughter was on the verge of tears because she just didnt understand. Thanks Guy...your a real winner. But dont worry Edge of the World in Altamonte Springs carries all the same stuff you do...(actually...they are easily 5x the size of your little place) And yes...my mother purchased the shoes for my daughter. Whats sad is she paid more than they cost at your store. But thats ok Id gladly spend double to make sure you dont get my business nor ANY of my friends business. Lastly - I wrote a letter to your Mayor, City Council and Tourism Board to let them know how poorly you represent your city. You dont belong in a town like Mt. Dora. I grew up around here...you sir...you are a "donkey"
