I love Whole Foods in general, but this is not a shining example of the brand. I use WF for breakfast/lunch/"self-catering" while traveling so Ive been to 8 or so locations in the last year, and this is by far the worse of those. The hot-food service counter help seemed to be understaffed, overwhelmed, and confused. Despite 3+ people working on the end that makes sandwiches and hands out deli meat, they seemed unable to serve the same number (3) of customers. Two different staff looked blank as I asked for (repeatedly) and even pointed obviously at the large sign describing a featured sandwich/wrap-- umm, what was so confusing about that? They didnt even look up at the sign. Ive never encountered that sort of numb response at any wholefoods location (did they hire FoodLion staff?). Selection seemed limited, the store was crowded with unusually pretentious sorts who seemed to have trouble seeing where theyre going (it was before 10pm, they couldnt all be stoned or drunk)-- very annoying crowd. On the positive, the 11pm closing time is "late" for WF. Free parking in Miami Beach is a nice touch. Go to a different location if you can manage.

Il tempio della gastronomia to go e to stay di alta qualità, annessa ad un supermercato con prodotti deliziosi, prevalentemente biologici. Certo, il prezzo è più elevato di un normale supermarket ma ne vale la pena. La disposizione dei prodotti appaga locchio e la presenza di tavoli consente di fermarsi dal breakfast al lunch, visto che apre alle 8 del mattino e chiude alle 23. Questa formula la conosco da anni e quando sono a New York e Londra non manca mai una visita, anche soltanto per croissant e caffè.

**UPDATE** hot bar STILL SUCKS!! originally Hot bar chilli Gave me FOOD POISONING. Burned rice at hot bar all the time. Seriously how hard is it to cook rice?. I shop here EVERYDAY and TOLERATE IT.Coming from Chicago, the whole foods there have friendly people behind the chefs kitchen counter but here they have an attitude if you ask them ANY questions. and a mean pizza guy as well. I swear he burns my pizza on purpose. Ive brought up some issues Ive had with customer service and they act nice but obviously do nothing about the complaints they receive. Most problems I have are the rude chefs kitchen and pizza employees and the shelfs constantly running out of popular products. they dont know how to stock everything to keep up with the amount of people who shop here. SHOPPING AT A GROCERY STORE SHOULDNT BE THIS STRESSFUL! !! I really hope they build a new one in south beach. cause the amount of money I spend at this grocery store disgusts me when I think about all the crap I deal with here

What I like about Whole Foods is the employees who go out of their way to be helpful and everyone converses in perfect English. On the other hand the CEO is a Tea Party whack job. The 365 (house brand) Organic Olive oil is delicious and well priced. Excellent cheese selection.Produce is a bit more expensive than Publix but good quality. The 365 brand cookies are awful. Fish is iffy Some of their stock has been around a bit too long I think. Some is previously frozen but not marked as such. You have to ask. I tried sea scallops that were excellent and a couple of frozen lobster tails which we well priced. Good selection of cheese with a wide range of prices. Meat is problematic. It is not prime (it is choice) and it doesnt taste well aged. It is, however, superior to Publix but extremely expensive like 15.99/pound for flank state. The Italian sausages, by the way, are awful. The NY strip state must have gotten lost in rural Maryland - Reasonably tender but tasteless.

I come to this whole foods everyday as I work across the street. I was checking out today and as I pulled my money out my bag it tore not completely but it tore. I asked the cashier for tape. I had money at home but only that 20 with me from my tips . she grabbed another cashier who then told me they cant take it although they had tape and I literally ripped it right there . the bank will take a partially ripped 20 so not sure why they couldnt . it was embarrassing. I had to leave my food there. I am a loyal customer bc of my food restrictions but am also in customer service so dont give my business to companies that have bad practices. Im looking forward to the new trader Joes and until then will use publix which is down the road . publix is great for accomadating my needs when I ask them to stock something and always has much tastier fruit. Very disappointed in whole foods on alton

Wunderbar zum draußen sitzen und sein Essen zu genießen. Die Raw Food Section wächst jedes Jahr und die Auswahl an glutenfreien Lebensmitteln wird immer größer. Das Personal ist immer hilfsbereit und manche sind auch echt gut drauf. Die Preise sind teilweise ganz schön gesalzen, dafür ist alles organic (Bio) und (fast) immer knackig frisch. Wohlefoods ist unsere erste Anlaufstation, nicht nur in Miami Beach!

I am vanesa charul i was shopping for whole foods since 2000 i always have an amazing experience and great food .It used to b pricey but things changed a lot Working for other grocery store for so long and is unbelievable that they call " competitors" Whole foods can t b compare or compete w other stores Since i had the oportunity to change and b hired and after a GREAT ORIENTATION you learn more than what you think u know! And since all the regulations, respect, rules....they have for customers and products is UNBELIEVABLE. I love to work here my bosses great and respectfully patients teach step by step by the book.It s sad that the prefer to make people conscious about what we eat but they really care thanks south beach

I live here in South Beach and I am so ashamed of this store. It is dirty and has the worst selection of hot bar items. This is a very small and filthy Whole Foods with hardly any organic produce. The choices are extremely limited and of very poor quality The Specialty Department consists of an unknowledgeable staff with a nasty attitude. . There is never a decent person to speak with in the cheese and wine section. I asked for a manager in the cheese department the other day and some rude guy said that there was no one available. I detest this store and I try to avoid shopping here. The new location in North Miami is so much better

This place has been horrible since it was wild oats. We have come to appreciate a few staff members ( like 3 of them ) that actually get the whole foods ethos. Now lets talk produce. Of three other options on miami beach this place comes in last every week. I am dumbfounded by how any of the retarded locals could ever give this place 4 or 5 stars. Just hurry up and build your new store and lets all try to forget this place ever happened. I an sure that you guys in the corporate offices probably have a ton of great "inside jokes" about your miami beach location. Your store sucks in every way. Thanks again.

Un des seuls endroits où acheter de la nourriture qui ait du goût et ne soit pas systématiquement transformée. Cher mais en fouillant bien on sen sort ! Un tres beau bar de plats à emporter - chauds et froids : une bonne option pour aller manger à la plage au lieu de se ruiner dans les snacks basiques de Ocean Drive
