I was on my way to Kanes Furniture to purchase a $2,500 living room set for my new home. I was not happy about the fact that I was about to drop 2500 on something I could find on Craigslist for half the price, but my options were limited and I wanted new. I stopped into Rent King with no expectations, just wanted to browse. I found almost the identical sofa that I was going to purchase from Kanes for a third of the price. It LOOKED brand new, but I was told it had been previously owned and cleaned up. It was beautiful, and I wanted it. Jade helped me to find a coffee table and end tables to match, and I was so excited! She spent much of her time on the phone with her Home Store trying to get me the best deal possible, and she even found the same couch but BRAND NEW for an amazing price! Unfortunately Jade and the store manager, Bill, found out that it would take two weeks for the new couch to ship. I was disappointed and did not want to wait that long, so Bill offered me a loaner until the new couch came in. Bill gave me a sofa and loveseat, almost identical to the sectional that I purchased, for no charge, to keep in my home until the new couch came so I didnt have to go two weeks without a couch in my home! I was also given an amazing deal for the sectional, coffee table, and two end tables as a package deal. I could not be more happy with my experience and I thank Jade and Bill for their wonderful customer service!

my mom got me a computer for Christmas she is now in the hospital almost passed away I am trying to get a hold of them to make the payment on the computer they will not answer the phone but yet they will come over and put a thing on my door telling me theyre there to pick up the equipment they need to learn how to respect customers or they will not have customers again I will pay this computer off and I will never do business with them again

Having been a customer at Aarons and Rentacenter in the past , I can tell you that Ill never shop any where but Rent King . Bill the manager and his crew bend over backwards for my family . Deliveries are prompt and as promised , warranty repairs are performed with out hesistation , and the events they put on are always enjoyable . Ever since the first contact with Jade I have had only the best of service! She asked my budget and stayed with it. Extremely professional. I highly recommend Rent King to anyone, they go above and beyond to meet the consumers needs. Jade is a fantastic asset to this company! Rented a bed that ended up having bedbugs , contacted the store and Bill was quick to provide BRAND NEW mattresses and temporary bed frame while he ordered the new bed for me. Deff changed the bad experience into a pretty good one!
