I attampted to make high quality color copies of very important to me documents on the self-service printer. I did two "test drives" of color copying and realize both copies were either cutting some text on one side or symply comes out positioned as uneven as it could be. At that point, after wasting money on copies (most likely due to printers settings), I came up to a gentlman behind the counter and I showed him the print outs from self-service, quality, etc, I though he could remedy the issue by asking him if 2 specific official documents he could copy for me and be mindful that they needed to be centrally positioned with same positions for the back copy of 2-sided official document. Same applies for both documents. He was very plesand, did an excellent job, and now it time to pay...and thats whete it get "shady." When I told how much I owed him, I had a Red flag in my head that the costs were averaged $4 or so per 1 page. Well, apparently, not only did did not credited me for self-service printer expenses, he charged me $2.50 "placement fee) for every 4 pages=$10.00+ tax....plus fee for paper and copying services...i left paying over $15 or $17 for such "rip-off" services. I do lnow I would not be going to Fedex Kinkos for copy services again, and I would recommend everyone reading this, make sure inquire on prices before ordering any copy services. On 1 - 10 scales, my overall satisfaction score would be: 1 (one) for self-service copiers 8 for quality of final copies 2 (two) for service Average: 4 for all above 3 rankings: 3.7

Id give this place no stars if I could... Went with the simple goal of shipping two extremely old phones to two different places in identical boxes of good condition. The manager asked what I was shipping, I said "old phones" and she immediately told me that she would not ship them without repackaging. I told her I didnt need them repackaged and she said it didnt matter she wouldnt ship them. Then informed me that I would need to pay the repackaging fee for each package. She refused to ship them no matter what I told her (even though the phones arent even worth the repackaging fee AND she had no idea what type of packaging materials I had inside the boxes!). I left, went to UPS, and without any hassle shipped my packages... I will definitely NEVER RETURN to this store and quite frankly I will never ship via FedEx again either.

From subline to ridiculous. In December 14 I received outstanding service. I even wrote to corporate to compliment them on one particular employee. In December 15, with the exact same job, the service had greatly slipped. And, the card I had them made did NOT come with an envelope. I had to go to Staples (!) to buy envelopes. Now it is December 16... with the exact same job. Was there on Saturday. Was told to return on Monday for the job. I did not go to the store until 4 PM. The didnt know what I was talking about! Said they would get it down immediately. They did not. Said I would be back tomorrow. I saw the full color print job on a sample & commented how bad it looked. I was told they had gotten a new machine this year. I responded, "Too bad." Wont go there in Decmeber 17.

I am a big fan of FedEx office. I just discovered this one today when i was in desperate need of a quick copy . I was once again impressed with the store, the clerk Richard and the quick and accurate service. I was running late for an important meeting after wasting a lot of time at another copy center across the street when Richard helped me and had me out the door in under two minutes. I spent more money and time across the street and left with nothing after being told I would have to wait over 30 minutes for one copy I had already paid for. Thank You Richard for saving the day, next time I will forget going to S*&^%es and just go straight to FedEx office In the same place as Home depot and Publix alone the front by Ulmerton Rd.

I went to get my books spine cut and 3 hole punched. Later i decided to do the 3 hole punching myself and decided to just get the book cut. The books were cut in such a way that you have to put hole through text to have them punched now. Too much was cut and now it is ruined. Extremely upset. I did use the center a few times before where i got excellent service. But this one instance left a very bad impression. They could have at least told where they were planning to cut. I assumed since they have been doing it for a long time they would know what they were doing. In the end i felt as if the cut was messed up as i did not want to get it 3 hole punched with them.

Absolute horrible service.. I had 3 large memorial photos mounted on foam core in November 2015 three days in advance. Fast forward to the day of my brothers funeral where the boards were delivered..and Im trimming the 3" extra white margins on the top and bottom of the poster boards in the back room of the funeral parlor with my pocket knife as guests are arriving! BECAUSE KINKOS OF LARGO DID NOT FINISH THE JOB! Seriously, who delivers a product like that?? Absolutely infuriating on this of any day. Please, do yourself a favor and go to Staples or Office Depot, anywhere else but here.. Negative 10 stars.

A package was just delivered to my condo in terrible condition. The large cardboard package was partially open, tape stretched so as to not hold the package together. Upon opening the box the contents were in horrible condition with the package foam broken and displaced so that the contents were not confined to the space allocated. I just contacted my local office to register a complaint as to the condition and after being transferred FOUR times the person I was speaking to was disconnected! What kind of customer service is this!!!

Ive used this office on numerous occasions; work and personal. Copies, photo enlargements, FedEx shipments, printing postcards, my childrens school projects and more. Each time, the staff has been professional, courteous and accomplished the job perfectly in the time promised. Cant say enough good things about this company, the location and their staff. Convenient hours too.

This FedEx is excellent. I have gotten a lot of help here. The staff is courteous. I have shipped from here, and I have used their copying/printing services. Just the other day one member of their staff was very helpful when I had to get some paperwork in order. She (Judy) helped me get everything ship shape, and really went above and beyond the call of duty!

Everytime I need help with something, I am number one priority. The staff is always on top of everything and extremely helpful. Richard has helped me numerous times and always gets me what I need. Fedex is lucky to have him. Zach has helped me recently and he is also very attentive to my needs. I am a regular customer because of them. These guys are great!

Ive shipped out of here a lot when I used to sell on eBay. They were always really friendly and professional. The only reason why Im writing a review is because I went to another place thats three letters long around here that wasnt very nice and I thought I should put a review for this place, because in comparison this location is amazing.
