Heres the deal... Its a convenience store. There is NOTHING convenient about getting a receipt from the pump outside. This is usually my quick "convenient" stop before work just to fill up and go. Because they havent had receipt paper in the pumps for months; I always have to go in and request one. Fuel is a business expense and Im required to get a receipt. I use the fuel rewards for an added discount so its not like I dont want to just go to another gas station. I have asked them to replace the receipt paper multiple times. Ive explained my issue to a manager. Still no changes. My honest guess is they dont replace the paper to force you to go inside and while you wait; you end up making purchases you normally wouldnt. Im all for capital gain, but when Im "strongly encouraged" to make a purchase all because someone is too lazy to put receipt paper in the pump... Thats not capital gain... Thats just wasting my money and time.

Gas prices change 3-4 times a day (while your pumping) several times a week. Will NEVER buy gas or anything else from these people (also own the one on Duff Rd) even though we live off Banana Rd. and have had a Shell Credit card since 1984. Filing a complaint with Adam Putnams office, Shell and Circle K.

I needed approximately 150 gallons of gas and they would not turn the pump on. Cashier said "its prepay only". I dont know exactly how much i needed. I offered my credit card and drivers license while I pumped and still was told no. Zero customer service.
