Terrible experience. I heard about the amazing artwork and decided to check them out. Called one day and was told they were closing early, ok. Drove out there a couple days later (yes I should of called, LOL) and again had closed the shop an hour early. Called to make an appt. for a consultation and was told to come in whenever...ummm NO! Finally went to see the artist and she was stand offish to say the least. I continued with her because her artwork is very impressive. I made an appt. but had to reschedule, BUT I gave them a weeks notice. Made a second appt. and arrived at the shop on time...proceed to sit outside 25 minutes past my appt. Left a negative review on Facebook and was verbally attacked by the shop and a personal friend of the artist. The owner and artist were both rude, unfriendly, and UNPROFESSIONAL! Called to get my deposit refunded and was told to come and get it and then hung up me! I am still reeling over the HORRIBLE customer service!

I am a former tattoo shop owner. I have been in many different shops and conventions and tattooed by many different people. I learned about the Lizard Lounge through facebook contacts, conversed with Virginia, then decided to go investigate the place. From the moment I entered the shop, I was made to feel at home. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I chose to have Jade do some work for me. She is an excellent artist. Now I consider the place to be a home away from home and the staff to be family. The prices for work are fair and consistent. I have referred and taken friends to the Lizard Lounge and all have been extremely satisfied and have vowed to return. It is a very clean, safe, and friendly environment.I plan to return again and again. Thanks

Had my first tattoo done here almost four years ago now and have refused to get my ink done anywhere else. Ive also had a few piercings done here also. Family run business very friendly with a no nonsense attitude. English family as well so very good to have a chat with. Jade is an excellent and beautiful tattoo artist, very respectful, very experienced and very helpful. The shop is clean and well presented as well as the needles etc being opened from the packaging Infront of you. After four years of having my tatto I can say that my ink still looks fresh and I had no problems with it! Have never had to have it touched up and the quality of it is amazing. On my way in for my next tattoo very soon!

Ive been qoinq to Lizard Lounqe since I was old enough to qet a tattoo (18)... I have never stopped qoinq back. Jade is my tattoo artist and Jason my needle man, as i like to call him :) Right alonqside Mom Virginia who has the most gentle heart and extreme sense of tattoo knowledge... Shell help/recommend if you need help! They have ALWAYS provided me excellent service. In the past 6 years that I have been dealinq with this shop they have ALWAYS been clean. Equipment up to date, Everything sterile. And yes, their prices are riqht on the money. So if youre lookinq for a family friendly tattoo shop where you can EXPECT to be provide excellent service LIZARD LOUNGE IS THAT SPOTTTTT :)

The Lizard Lounge Tattoo in Kissimmee is the best tattoo place Ive ever gone to. I have 4 tattoos (all from The Lizard Lounge) and refuse to go anywhere but there. They have amazing prices and are very helpful if youre not quite sure what you want. I have also had a piercing done there and they were also great with that. Very welcoming and just overall great service. It is decorated with fabulous art. Everyone that works there is simply amazing at what they do. The staff s friendly, the establishment is clean, and the service is excellent. If you want a tattoo or a piercing, go to The Lizard Lounge in Kissimmee. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

My friend and I were traveling to Florida from Pennsylvania and decided on a whim to get tattoos while visiting. It was so easy to schedule the appointments, plus I discovered it was affordable piercings they had ($35 for an industrial). We got tattoos done by Jade who did amazing with the tat design and I got my industrial piercing by Jason. He was very friendly (and wicked cool cuz we both love Star Wars haha!) I would definitely recommend them, accommodating and clean environment with good pricing, all around great experience. Thank you for the fun time for these out-of-towners! Will definitely stop by again if near in the future.

Called the store around 12pm, sent images by email and received a price quote and had an appointment with Grey in the afternoon around 4pm. Me and my girlfriend are visiting from the UK and it was my first tattoo, her second. Grey was an absolute gentleman and added his own ideas (with my permission) to the design in order to give it a bit more life than a flat image. Totally impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Kissimmee area (or on holiday) for reasonable prices and staff who go above and beyond what you would expect.

The Lizard Lounge Tattoo in Kissimmee is amazing! You walk in and you are surrounded by art. The moment I walked in I was asked how my day was and how they could help me. Very open to my piece idea, and how to make it look the best and gave advice on colors and placing and the pricing is the best around! The artist are amazing!!!!!! Even while waiting, everyone was very friendly and everything was so clean! I walked out completely happy and have gone back several times for more! I recommend all my friends there, I wont go anywhere else!

My wife and I went to this tattoo parlor while we were on vacation and we are happy this is place we came. First off, we wanted matchin tattoos but were clueless to what we wanted. James drew us a couple of pics and to help us tune in and figure out exactly what we wanted. In the end my wife got a heart with a a lock and wings, and I got two interlocking rings with a key attached. We are very satisfied with the service and prices that we recieved at this parlor. The Lizard Lounge is one of my favorite tattoo studios in ALL of FL. The atmosphere is always inviting and the people there have become like a second family to me. The artwork that comes out of this place is spectacular!! The artists are willing to work with you on your design to ensure you get a piece that you will love when you leave the shop and be proud to wear for the rest of your life!!! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for their first or even their twentieth tattoo, I know Ill be back!!

I had an owl tattoo that Ive been wanting to finish for over 4 years. I Went in today and got it done. They were so nice and helpful. I want another tat on the same thigh so I was given suggestions on how to approach Finishing the owl. It turned out amazing and my next tat will be able to blend in with this one. Only complaint is that once I got home and really inspected it, there a small part that needs more shading. From afar it looks like a hole in the owl. Lower Left corner. Posted pix.
