As I walked in I noticed a table set up where they were giving out samples of gogo squeeze pouches. I had my 14 month old with me so I thought that would help keep her entertained while I shop. Well as I walked up to the table the lady behind it looked right at me and quickly put every single sample in a bag and handed the bag to another employee who then took the bag out the front of the store and put it in her car. Way to take care of the customer. Then when was done shopping I waited in line 10 minutes at the only open register while the cashier and bagger chatted non stop completely ignoring the growing line behind them. I had all my groceries up on the belt and as I walked away they still didnt even acknowledge I was there, I dont think they even noticed. Go to the Celebration store just down the street where they know how to treat customers.

Make sure to check your expiration dates!!Three items from one small trip were already expired! A case of beer was a year and a half past the pull date (for factory satisfaction and freshness). Our protein bars which normally have a very long shelf life were stale and expired, and a veggie tray we purchased was covered in mold. There were no problems with the customer service, everyone was quick to help with no problems. Hopefully the management will focus more on freshness and quality of product in the store and do more routine checks to ensure satisfaction on the first trip to the store.

This would be a 5 star rating if it wasnt for the prices of EVERYTHING being so high. The customer service was FABULOUS and every employee we came in contact with was friendly, courteous, and very helpful; not just telling you where items were located, but actually walking you directly to them. We even had a young lady take our bags out to our vehicle and put them in for us. Customer service, products, and location 5 star but the prices GEESH!

Worst deli service from Kim. I stop here for tenders on my way to Disney all the time, but whenever I get Kim, she is stressed out and short with me or my wife and makes us feel bad for even being customers and bothering her. Everyone else at the deli is great, but this is the 2nd time dealing with Kim and she is ALWAYS in a bad mood and upset about being bothered.

Patricia in the deli department is the rudest person you will ever encounter. Back talked, had no patience, and did the complete of what was asked purposely, kept saying "are you done now" everytime we asked for something on our sub. If you want unprofessional and impatient service, then pay Patricia a visit. RUDE RUDE RUDE.

Nicely kelp up. The cashiers a friendly & efficient. A guy left a juice from the fridge on top of one of the front coolers & my cashier respectfully asked her bagger to take the juice back to the back fridge to keep the quality of the beverage & to reduce the build up of clutter. The staff here are on their A-game.

This is my go to local Publix. I truly love how friendly all of the employees are. The food selection is good for my family of 6. I find everything I need here. The BOGO deals really help keep the weekly grocery costs down. I like the way they re did the produce area.
