My friend and I visited this store on March 5th 2017 approximately 4:30 p.m. Prior to visiting this store, we called the seafood department to see if they had Tanner crab legs. When we got there, the guy tells us that he thought that the truck was coming in. But it did not. Okay so we drove 22 miles just for the Tanner crab legs. Thanks a lot for lying to us. If you do not have it, say that. Dont guess and lie. Thanks again. What made this experience even worse was that our cashier did not have proper training or ignored what she learned....if she even learned anything about customer courtesy. While we were paying for our groceries, Jolene started spraying something in a clear bottle all over the counter and on our bags while they were still in the bagging area. It took everything in me not to do something stupid to Jolene. Why would you spray our groceries? Our bags were drenched with whatever that stuff was. WHY couldnt you wait until there were no customers there to start spraying? What if it got on my fruits and vegetables? Come on. Its common sense. You just dont do that and if I happen to visit that store again, it better not happen again. I sent an email to corporate because I could not get in touch with the store manager Steven Cawly since yesterday. What a waste of time and horrible experience we had at this Publix located at Pleasant Hill Commons.

Great staff! Very helpful in all areas. Their well stocked. Their display of their delicious and unique pre-made foods will have you drooling or buying you whole weeks meals because it is so hard to choose which tasty item. Their subs are universal good because of Publix product but its like no sandwhich is made better than the way mom makes it. That is their subs. Their desserts set them specifically apart from others because of the professionalism of their goodies. I ended up buying 5 desserts and brought them home and we were fighting over sharing an equal amount of bites (they didnt know I could not wait until home and I ate the tiramisu dessert shot and a peanut butter tart and omgahhh delicious is an understatement) I also stopped by the liquor store and was met by a lovely, sweet, helpful and enthusiastic professional woman who helped me find this specific Cognac that my husband wanted. She is a serious Gem I dont remember if it was Emma or Emily but she was blonde with beautiful blue eyes. Such a smart attentive and gave me the best customer service Ive ever received at any other publix liquor store.

Today when I visited the store I found it in his usual cleanliness the bathrooms are well-maintained had a few good offers picked up what I had to get was greeted at the register with a very warm smile and how are you doing today and did I find everything the express lines that I went through was very fast and very efficient as I was getting ready to pay the lady bag in the groceries followed me out to my car and loaded my car with my groceries I wanted to give her a tip when she says no theyre not allowed to accept them being an old man I started my first job in a grocery store and Alabama and that was basically what you got paid with what your chips were but I rate this a five-star for customer service thank you

Wonderful store! Staff are first rate store is clean and well stocked. If you shop carefully using Bogos and sale items then prices are realistic except for lamb which is outrageously priced!! Staff at this location are extremely polite, friendly and so very helpful. Managers and supervirsors are always around working at the registers or stocking shelves just like other workers. They will go out of their way to assist you. Always a pleasure going there.

Sunday after noon and only 3 lines open, and one is ten items or less. People with tons of items are using it but with 3 lines open thats what you get. This is not a bad day for them because this store never has enough lines open .
