I walked into the store today and purchased a $10.00wig. When I arrived home it was a half wig so I went back to the store and asked for exchange . She being the Assistant Manager was very rude and said there is no exchange and no refund on wigs but there is no sign in the back . However she stayed there is a sign at the register where you cant see it and the register receipt has it . So I asked for a manger and she called he is in the hospital . So she throw my wig back in the bag and throw it to me and continued to support no exchange . So I called the police and they talked to her and said go on Facebook and tell my experience and report them to BBB. I want to people know this business they do not help you and you can never find someone when you do need help . I would suggest to keep your money and spend it somewhere else is here you would be much happier

If I could give it no stars I would...this place has horrible customer service and management..I took my mother here to find her a wig it was priced one way on the display and it rang up for a different price at the register you would think they would honor what was listed..Nope they were very argumentative and refused to admit it was priced incorrectly and the sad part it was only about a 3 dollar difference...which shows you its not about the customers its the money..I had almost 150.00 of merchandise on the counter I left it right there and walked out because I didnt want to act an ass in front of my mom. Never again I would rather drive out of my way instead of supporting this store

Poor customer service and management. I would not recommend my worst enemy to purchase here. I would not want my worst enemy to spend a dime here. The store manager is a jerk. They do not care about customer concerns, they only want your money. Once they take your heart earned money they do not care about any concerns you may have after the purchase. When I went there it was my first and last time going there. Go anywhere but Coco. They are overpriced also. Overpriced and horrible customer service.

This is my spot. Being from Jersey and all. This is the closet thing to what Im used to. Staff is friendly and they locate what you need right away. However I wouldnt recommend having anyone cut the lace from your lacefront. They cut it too far down and it itches the heck out of you edgeline. So I learned to do it myself. Theyre so nice , and help you in what youre looking for. The prices arent that bad , and any color weave you can think of , they got it ! Also, theyre not that hard up on money , my total came to $20.05 and he just accepted my twenty and let it slide. Not to mention, they have fashionable eyewear, makeup products, and jewelry, youll walk out of there feeling like a diva baby ! LOL

I usually like to go to Cocos rather than beauty depot because the staff is a whole lot nicer. They always have sales going on, on certain types of extensions. Their hair products are sometimes alittle to over priced but they do have a very wide selection of different product lines. As with most beauty supply stores, the return policy sucks.

The ladies in the wigs section can use a course or two in customer sevice. They arent friendly and they make you feel as if youre bothering them. It was so bad that I was too scared to ask for a second wig. I just left. I went to a different store the next day and was treated very well and made a purchase. I will NEVER go there again EVA.

Poor service by management. 2, only 2 packs of hair with but one get one free stickers and I was told that only those 2 were on sale. Not to mention they were different colors. Wont be back! Manager removed the sale packs when I complained!

I know getting my hair here. I made my own clip in extensions. My sister gets wigs here for cosplay and she seems to know it as well. The staff is friendly and they have great deals.
