Love this store because of Heather she helps me out with so many of the questions that I have and is so knowledgable on all the color lines. I have gone into this store so many times before and the other employees dont know what they are talking about I have lost money because of their unwillingness to call to see if a sale is still current. She will go above and beyond to make sure I get the best deal that there is. As a stylist who has been doing hair for over 5 years it is nice to go into a supply store and know the person behind the counter is fully knowledgable of all the products.

I went to the store, the first thing that the Manager ask me was if I have the license, I answer of course, she didint like me and I feel discriminate. after that I ask for some prices and she didnt like, so I was surprise, because she is the Manager, when I went to pay my stuff, I ask her if she was in bad mood, she said no. I dont remember her name white ladie and blond hair, definitely needs some lessons on how to handle customer service, she is very rude...

This store is very new I can tell. Unfortunately is the closest one to me. And every time Ive been there I get treated like s.....t (pardon my language) and I feel discriminate. The so call manager I dont remember her name. Has customer service skills. She really needs to learn some skills.

Visited the store today . Heather was so very helpful . Sorry to read other people have had not as good experience as I did. But dont let it stop you from going in . Have been in the store several times never have been treated with anything but respect.
