rude, dirty, and have no clue what they are doing. i have many tattoos and came in to ask for a consult one day and they sent me down the hall and told me to walk in this room so i did. i opened the door to my surprise there was a girl laying half naked in the middle of a tattoo. i was embarrassed as was she. the guy just stared at me and i told him that they sent me back to ask about the piece i wanted. besides him being distracted and not fully paying attention to the person in his chair or me, i couldnt stop looking at his nasty yellow stained white-ist tank and chest hair every where as sweat was dripping from him. and as i told him about what i wanted he said it wasnt his thing but hed do it... ummm no. i decided never to be tattooed or pierced from here. i did return about a yr later in hopes of finding a new septum ring. the front desk had no clue what they were looking for or even talking about. so they told me to wait for their "expert piercer". she helps me find one then offers to put it in for me. i agree. BIGGEST MISTAKE! not only could she not find my hole she made me bleed and stretched it out. i was in so much pain after almost 45 mins of pain and blood.. i even asked her just to stop and id do it myself but she insisted, she finally got the new ring in.

We were on vacation and wanted to make a memory by getting a tattoo. We walked in and spoke to the guy at the counter who stated a rough estimate of what we wanted done. There was 3 of us in our party, after one of us stated what we wanted Vic one of the artists came out and mentioned that this idea was retarded and it would look stupid! Who does that!! We are here for you to put ink in our skin and pay you for it and you get extremely rude by saying that. By far the most impersonal guy i have ever met. While doing my wifes tattoo she told him to stop because it hurt but he couldnt hear her because he had headphones in. She mad a hand motion to tell him to stop for a minute and he replied dont worry you will be alright just sit still for 5 minutes and i will be done. The tattoos turned out really well but the experience was not a nice one and it pretty much ruined it for her. Bottom line is the staff are rude as hell, regardless of the quality of their work.

I got my Tragus pierced there 3 months ago. When I walked in they asked my sister to leave because shes 3 and couldnt wait in the Loby so my mom had to wait with her outside. She asked to use the restroom when I filled out the paper and the lady at the front told her she had to go somewhere else. When I was filling out the paperwork it asked for information like my usual doctor and my insurance info. Since I just had everything changed I want sure of it and I told her I will go ask my mom standing right outside where the lady rolled her eyes and said just make something up. Finally they took me into a room and did the whole marking process and the guys helped me relax and he was really chill. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and he explained how he cleaned everything and what everything did. He was very professional though everyone else wasnt. It was good service for the piercing but everything else was just rude and unwelcoming

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Walked in two girls were upfront making shirts, said hello and asked if there was an artist available to speak to. They just looked at me didnt reply just screamed for one of the guys in the back. I heard needles going so I assumed they were busy, so I said Id be back another time, they just nodded. Just as an artist walked out another customer walked in. I began to explain what I was looking to do, he looked like he didnt care, never made eye-contact with me and he decided this was the time to have a very vulgar conversation with the woman that walked in after me.(dont get wrong, I have been told Im worst then a drunken sailor, but theres a time and place. And the lobby of a "professional business" is not one of those time) So if you want to be ignored and have to listen to a very profane conversation this is the place for you.

Atrocious customer service. The artist who came out to greet us was condescending, indifferent, and rude. The worst part was that he judged our choice of tattoos (my wife, a lifelong dog lover, wanted a small paw print on her ankle. Me, a lifelong superhero lover, wanted a Kryptonian word in small black text on my forearm). He asked me, “You’re really going to get that on your body?” while laughing at me. This man himself had a tattoo of a handlebar mustache on his face and ear gauges the size of CDs. Being judged by this walking Hot Topic ad who works in a novelty Halloween store was too much to forgive, and we politely excused ourselves to never return. Since we didn’t actually get tattoos I cannot judge the quality of their work, but I can implore anyone reading to not reward this establishment’s rudeness and immaturity with your time, money, or body.

I had my nipples pierced here. The piercer did not pierce them in the correct spot, used jewelry that was way too tight fitting, and he didnt clean the marker or blood after piercing. He handed me an aftercare brochure and left the room, and then offered to buy me a drink (I am under 21). I almost fainted for the next few days when I would try to clean the piercing because I think he hit a nerve. Extremely unprofessional, I had to take the piercings out even after going to another shop to get better fitting jewelry because of how deep they were pierced. I have heard nothing but bad things from people that have gone here as well (jewelry was dropped while piercing, pierced in the wrong location) Seriously, do not go here. I spent $100 for nothing, and it hurt like hell. There are many better shops close by.

Daughter got her a industrial bar in January and it was hurting all the time. I took her to a tattoo shop closer and they said it was pierced wrong. So I had to pay for it again after I paid 85.00 the first time. The place that I took her too said to call and let the place know about. I did that and the guy on the phone said I said her nose was pierced when I never said that. I asked for the manager couldnt get a hold of the manager. I will never go there again. The guy on the phone said its the customers responsibility to keep it clean which we did. And there is nothing to tell me. Except if my daughter had questions she should of call them up or came back in. I also believe when she got it done the girl was training the other girl and the trainer did it.
