My experience was horrible. I called early in the day to make sure my address was correct on my package. I was told the apartment was missing and we were able to easily update it. This was at 3:45. I was told the driver would be contacted and updated on what apartment was mine. At 6:00 I received an email stating they attempted to deliver my package but did not have my APARTMENT NUMBER!! They had two hours to contact the driver and update hidem. I spent the past TWO HOURS trying to get my package redilivered to me tonight. Finally I was told its on its way and Id be getting a confirmation call. I then recieved at call from FRANK THE SUPERVISOR who was beyond rude. Did nothing to help but tell me my package was not comkng tonight and would be to me sometime tomorrow. As frustrated as I am as I now have spent almost 3 hours trying to get my package I ask if he can make sure I am priority to receieve it first thing in the morning. Tells me and isnt even willing to try and HANGS THE PHONE UP ON ME! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AS A MANGER I WOULD NEVER!!! BEYOND UNHAPPY.

I have had a box with Jim and his team for over 4 years. I cant tell you how much I appreciate the services they provide for me and my business. I have a never ending flow of packages being sent to my UPS box, 3-5 heavy packages a day, and I love that I get emailed the second one arrives as Im always in a rush to pickup stuff. We even have had super heavy and giant items delivered and never have a problem. Im always having car bumpers, hoods, fenders, even 500lbs of wheels and tires delivered and Ive even had a king size bed mailed to their store once (sorry about that one guys). They always have a smile on their faces and take care of business. I love this store and its staff and know they treat every single one of their customers just like me. Plus it looks cool to have a Las Olas address on my cards haha. Thanks Guys!

Never received a call to inform a package had been delivered for the customer. There is a $5 box delivery charge, and $5 per day storage which is assessed from the minute the box arrives. 2 small packages that were delivered on a Wednesday were picked up on Friday morning, with a $30 charge - making the shipping charges triple! Have your packages shipped to a UPS Center, not a UPS Store! EDIT: $30 was never refunded, and did not sign up for a service. Was willing to pay, but $30 for receiving 2 small packages 2 days after delivered is pretty steep. A good resolution would have been the owner to offer a discount, or free service if I signed up for a mailbox - but nothing was offered - it was pay, or well send your packages back...

When my mother passed and I was the executor of her will, I wasnt sure how I was going to distribute her belonging. I did a Google search of Estate Shipping and found this location. After reading the reviews, I contacted them, and they came out to my mothers condo in Fort Lauderdale. They helped separate the items by the person to whom they were being shipped. They stabilized the items for transport back to the store for packing that would meet UPS standards and then shipped all of the various items (fragile collectibles, paintings, clothing, furniture, etc.) to the appropriate family members. During this time of loss, I am so thankful for the excellent job by this group of professionals. Thanks you guys!

These guys ROCK at the UPS store off Las Olas. Jim and the crew are always willing to drop what they are doing and run outside to help me unload my boxes. To be clear I always have very large and heavy boxes and they are there to help me rain or shine. In and out this guys are all about customer service. This has to be the BEST UPS Store I have ever been to which is why I take all of my business there now. If you are looking for something that is very convienent with great customer service these are your guys. What I like the most is I can get in an out of there in minutes because they dont mess around I am always in a hurry. Thank you guys for always being there for us! Keep up the great work....

We want to say Thank you So very Much for Jim and his wonderful Staff at the UPS Store in Ft Lauderdale. We had a short time and a lot of boxes to move up from Ft Lauderdale , and this group did a dynamite job of packing all of our fragile items making certain they were perfectly cared for. Everything arrived within a week to our home up North and all the boxes were in perfect shape, all the memorablia and fragile items perfect as the day I left them in their caring hands. They are a terrific group and will help you with all your shipping, boxing and packing arrangements. Wonderful experience! We thank you so very much! Roberta and family

This UPS Store makes my life sooo much easier. They are the best staff and are always helpful, I get huge packages delivered and they even help me out to the car every time. Its worth every penny to know all my packages get signed for and that I can even have my local parts guys drop parts their for them to hold for me. Thanks Jim, Steve, Chuck, and the two new guys haha.. sorry cant remember their names.

I have my own UPS software and simply drop off packages at this location so the store owners are making no money off of me. Still, they offer to help get packages out of the car when there are multiple shipments going and theyve always been very nice. In the past I rented a box from them and was happy with that arrangement as well. When I have a choice I use this location.

I was looking to ship a package internationally. I assumed it would be sent out UPS. The staff suggested that I use DHL because it would be about 20 percent less, and would arrive earlier because DHL had their own clearing house. They were absolutley correct. It was something they didnt need to do, but they did. Great experience. I will definitely be back.

Awesome staff. Printed out resumes and business cards with them. After the business cards were ready, I discovered an error on my email. The staff gladly fixed the error for me and reprinted them again with no extra cost. Very pleased. Definitely going to do my business there for now on as I am new to town...

Enjoying my time between residences in Charleston, SC and Fort Lauderdale. My mailbox at this location and their package notification program works works great. When I need mail forwarded, I just have the guys forward my mail. Great Las Olas address and great staff!

Love this store! Everything runs super smooth and the gentleman there are super friendly and willing to help at all costs. I have a mailbox at this location and when im out of town theyre forwarding is seamless. Hands down the best UPS Store around!
