My husband and I shopped here in the past without a problem. We purchased a hookah with a missing part, took it to the store the same day(with receipt in hand) and was given the missing part with no problems. He even apologized, repeatedly. Around 2 today my husband purchased sheesh. When we decided to partake, my husband noticed the box was moist, disclosed, and had a scent. Once the supposedly sealed bag was taken out we noticed the bag was split open right under the seal! So we take the open sheesh and our receipt to the store for an exchange. Before we can finish explaining, the clerk says that hes been at the store all day but doesnt remember him. But thats irrelevant because the receipt has all that info. Then he points to the sign saying "no refund", but no one said anything about a refund! We just wanted an exchange! My husband asked the clerk to call the owner since he sold it to him. The clerk calls the owner and eventually unwillingly gives us an exchange and complains about how hes losing money the whole time! And just our luck, the exchange had a tear in the bag as well! They definitely lost us as customers. Word of advice, please thoroughly inspect your product before leaving the store!!!

This place is a joke. If you want pipes or nitrous come here but if you mods or juice, go to TNA. This place told me if I referred someone, I would get a free bottle of overpriced cheap juice. I referred 3 people, my mod broke within 3 days, I got no juice even when all 3 people bought same cheap mod(which theirs is broke as well) and of course no help with my mod, TNA would have me fixed and out the door in 5min. They are cheap jerks who wont help and dont know crap about vaping. So I went to TNA capes on mount homer road and the quality of service is exceptional to say the least! I I could give this place negative stars I would. But like I said if you want pipes, glass, nitrous-by all means come here. They lie and could give a crap about their customers! I have told all my friends about your junk and social media. And now a review. Seems you have several bad reviews....maybe its time to fix things? Read your reviews!

Cheap smoke shop is right, went in to buy a dome for my electric pen and they did have what I was looking for. Unfortunately I had dropped it and cracked the bulb, so literally thirty minutes after buying it I went back and asked if they could exchange it. In the past I have had these glass bulbs replaced completely free from other smoke shops(because they are so cheap to make)... Not this one! Not only did the initial bulb cost more money than other shops, but they also charged me $5 for a replacement. Ive been to enough smoke shops to know that they could have very easily given me one for free just like pumpernickel pops in Daytona. If Daytona is to far for you then the owner also has one in Altamonte Springs. Not only can you get a replacement bulb for free you also get two additional coils for only ten more dollars. There are to many smoke shops out there to have crappy customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

First off just want to say there are plenty of smoke shops out there that are not only cheaper but they have people working there who actually care about their customers. While shopping there the owner said we should tell all of our friends about them, so I am doing just that. Nothing really special here and when I needed to replace something I had bought that day the man who sold it to me laughed in my face and said this is why you shouldve went with the metal one... Ive had plenty of smoke shops replace the part I needed completely free, because they know that customer service is the key to creating loyal happy customers. Unfortunately for this place that is not the case. The name couldnt be more fitting, CHEAP smoke shop.

Ive been shopping at smoke shops for a while I used to shop at pipe dreams in winter garden all the time I just moved to eustis and was in need of a new smoke shop I looked it up and the first thing in the list was cheap smoke shop this has been my first time and I loved it everyone was nice and very helpful I would highly recommend they will work with you on every way and nothing is free nothing will ever be free no matter what but again I will go back and always go back great store and again highly recommended

Dont listen to the negative reviews. Just go there and experience it for yourself. They a HUGE selection of devices for all of smoking needs. Glass, vape stuff, wax rigs, loose tobacco and tubes for the RYO people. Its a nice selection at the right price and friendly employees. Much ❤️ to this shop ✌
