I stopped in there early Sunday morning to use the restroom facility and get a snack for my trip back home to Jacksonille. The clerk was busy cleaning out the hotdog cooker down the far end of the front counter. I went up to the counter from the opposite side of the store from the cold coffee/energy drink fridge and was waiting for the clerk. After several seconds I thought to get his attention in case he didnt see me waiting. I politely let him know whenever he was ready I was waiting over the far side of the counter at the register. He proceeds to tell me in a rude tone that there is a thing called patience. I bit my tongue and didnt say anymore but if I didnt have patience, I would have come around the counter and slapped that guy and it would have been worth it. He also seemed to mumble something as I started to walk away. I usually stop at that 711 on my way back to Jacksonville. But Ill just take my business elsewhere before I lose my patience with rude store clerks like that...

I do agree with previous comment about the bathrooms. Only one person in each at a time. Families should stat away and go to a fast foid chain instead. I do like 711, but this one was not so clean.

Terrible customer service... talking about beating other employees and then getting lucky they called the cops.. never greeted or thanked for coming in. Morning crew a lot better

Rude staff...avoid if you can...think they would be nicer being close to a school, mall and hospital...

Only one bathroom was operational, no soap no toilet paper. Location is also hard to get in and out of.
