Today (10/20/14) I was rudely shooed away from the Customer Service line (about 2pm), along with another lady ahead of me, before the clerk even asked if we needed Tobacco products; Which we both did. Keep in mind there were only 3 other cashier lines open, all with LONG lines, and she couldnt take it upon her lazy self to ask "Will you be purchasing tobacco products?" before rudely wagging a finger at myself and the other baffled customer towards the other cashiers that were obviously busting their asses they were so busy. (We were the only two people waiting in her line... lady ahead of me had a baby & small cart fill of groceries, I only had a 6 pack of beer & bottle of wine.) BUT REGARDLESS - I have used the Customer Service register when they were super busy before without any questions asked and no tobacco products purchased. I talked to the self service clerk guy (incredibly nice!) and he said she has received numerous recent customer complaints about her attitude..... then WHY DOES SHE STILL WORK THERE!?!?! So owner & manager of this Walmart, I purchased my Tobacco products at the gas station next door :) Worth the extra dollars for a kind cashier.

Such a disgusting place to shop. Managers walk past when there is only one register open and 15 people in line. Theyre too cheap to hire any help and all of the customers have to pay for it. I waited in line for 45 minutes the other day, just to cash my paycheck, and after 45 minutes the woman had only helped two people with Lotto tickets. The manager came over to customer service, stated that he accidentally locked his keys in one of the self check out registers, he LAUGHED about it and said "guess everyones going to have to wait, theres nothing I can do now." And continued to laugh. Two other managers were helping sock shelves near by, continuously looking over at the ever-growing line, and kept making comments to each other like "wow, look how bad its getting up there." Disgusting. Also, Ive had my car hit twice in that parking, probably just because the people who shop there are your average mentally handicap Walmart Mutants.

They are constantly out of items. I have never seen such an empty grocery store. If I come to do weekly shopping they will no doubt be out of 10 to 15 of the items I need.If I come for 5 itmes, they WILL be out of 2. I have to keep coming back and coming back, and I dont want to. i would shop somewhere else but they ARE the cheapest, and the super walmart does not carry the soda i drink so I would have to go there anyway. I have complained so many times, and its still just a mess. They always say the computer does the ordering so they are sorry. Well???? I have been in other stores that have the same type system and they dont have this problem. Plus, their pepsi delivery man is the worst ever. He actually refuses to bring the brand I like. Not their fault, but just par for the course for this store

I ordered several items online and had it sent to this store. Yes,it took a while for the cashier to be able to help me (it was really busy), and yes, it then took even more time for them to find said items, but all the while, the people handling my items were calm, collected, and polite. They are a small store in a not very good area, and I cant imagine they have much space to store items people order shipped to store to save on home delivery fees, and yet, they were still nice enough to check on my order, gather all the components (because for some reason they werent all shipped together), and follow the security procedures with professionalism and as quickly as they could, considering the circumstances.

This is a descent place to shop. I often go at night when the store is not busy at all. Its clean but usually filled in the aisles with carts of food to stock on the shelves. Dont expect to get any help from the night staff. They are very unenthusiastic about working and wont make an effort to answer any questions for looking up something in the store. Also they for some reason turn off the automated check out at night and usually only have one person on a register. Which leads to a very long line at times. The person working is usually slow and not in a rush to expedite. The team manager is usually walking around and will give you eye contact when there is a long line but wont do anything to help out.

Good prices...crappy customer service so make sure you dont have to return anything. I went there to return some Lunch Bags at the Customer service counter with everything in order (Had my receipt, etc.) Asked the Girl "Can I return these?" She looked at me like I was some kind of a bug and said "Im too busy I have to go to the Pharmacy." and walked away. I threw the bags on the counter and walked out as it wasnt worth returning to be treated like that. You always here about "The People of Walmart" ... I guess it extends to the Employees too

This is the most poorly managed store I have ever been into, walmart or otherwise. They never have enough cashiers, are constantly out of stock and have two hand carts for the entire store. I have been to management and they give me the "deer in the headlights" stare. Pathetic. The store is dirty and the store lights are off half the time. The deli is the worst. Always out of food and they have one person running the whole thing. I hate this place, will never go back.

Everyone is always very nice. I lost a can of toddler formula either at the checkout or in the parking lot and walked back the next day to ask customer service. Nobody found it, and my son had my receipt after the purchase, so it wasnt in my purse, but the associate allowed me to take the replacement can so I didnt need to spend an additional $12 and I didnt walk there for nothing. Even the other customers are always incredibly friendly.

I dont shop here usually but found myself near so stopped to pick up few things. Your prices are great however your service is terrible. Only 2 real cashiers on duty. Lines of at least six customers in both. No attempt to get more. Slow cashiers that had to go to main desk 2 times while I was in line. I would think on a Saturday when most people that work do their shopping you would be better prepared. 2 cashiers are not enough.

The customer service is the worse. Whoever Josh is in customer service and the other average height/weight, African amercian, shorter hair girl, whose name I didnt catch, they were beyond rude. All I did was ask to use the photo center and they freak out on me. I dont know why you two work in customer service knowing your priority is to help the customer, because your not helpful. Thanks for the horrible experience.

Theyre trying .. produce area is well organized and clean. They have the cheapest been n Jerrys pints anywhere. Well laid out store plan, but like the other posts said, they dont have enough actual cashiers. Although, they do have more functioning self checkout line than before. One downside thats not their fault is there always seems to be someone smoking cigarettes in front of the store.
