Huge store, small selection (especially tools), horribly understaffed. There was one cashier working the registers on 20% off day and it was the 1st of the month. We set down what we had and left as the line was way too long.

The better Big Lots in the area. I appreciate the selection of beverages and the variety of frozen food seems to be a quick solution to quick fixens when needed on short hand.

The new layout makes it feel cleaner and more open. The new register area definitely helps with keeping the lines organized and feels like it blocks the aisles less.
