I purchased a brand new set of tires from the chesterfield location. During the process of talking the wheels off my truck I noticed he was having some issues. My nuts were pretty well seized on the lugs since I didnt have a stud cap on. I watched him up the torque on them and keep going until he snapped two of them off. Im not a duma** but I know enough to know he should of used a torch to heat them up to get them off. Well after he ripped the studs off my truck ye told me that I need to go to a mechanic to replace the studs they ripped off. And suggested a place in imply city and hour ride away. I aggravated asked so are you going to reimburse me for the repairs. He replied how is this my problem and said if we rip another one off its getting towed out of here on a flat bed. Im pi**ed now asking for management he said the same thing how is this my problem. I told hi. He could of heated the nuts up to get them off. He replied we dont do that here. I said let me get this straight Im going to a mechanic who is going to use a torch and remove them because you want I have to pay for the repairs and be late for work. His reply yes!.. didnt even knock the price down on the tires I had already paid for. And was 4 hours late for work. Not even a notice that hey I may rip your studs off. Instead I spent 3 hours in a shop around the corner and cost me 100 extra in repairs. Never will I go to another discount tire again or a different location because of the shi* customer service at the chesterfield location. 500 for tires and 100 in repairs and a screw you in return.

We bought four new tires for our mini van and not even ten miles later my tire goes completely flat. When I call them they advise me right away that I must of ran something over and they would patch it for me even though they were brand new tires. They also sounded annoyed with me! I couldnt believe it! Come to find out it was a "defective" tire and they replace it. THEN, couple moths later I take the van back in to them because my tire pressure light keeps coming on and the tires need to be rotated. They tell me how the air sensor is busted on the tire and needs to be replaced even though mind you the van is only three years old and had the manufactures tires on it till discount tire changed them. So we shell out more money to this company again. Now, its been ten months and we take the van in to have the tires rotated and they tell us we need two new front tires and these are worn and we cant rotate them. They have no record of us rotating the tires when we had that tire sensor replaced. This place is very shady!

After a horrible experience 3 months ago. I decided to go back since I needed to replace the other 3 tires on my car. My first experience with this store was too be yelled at and belittled in front of a store full of people. That salesman was inconsiderate, rude and downright an big jerk. I bought a tire after coming in for rotation that they offer free. The tire was bad, so I had to replace it with one that I felt was too much in price. But after being made to feel like crap, I bought the tire. Monday the 27th of October after talking to Store Manager Anton on Saturday, I agreed to a wonderful deal. The deal made me feel like they cared. Whether they do or just want to sell tires, I came away with a little better view of this store. From Anton to salesperson I saw on Monday to the Tech who brought my car up, my experience was better.

Polite and helpful. My husband and I had to wait awhile it was a Monday they were very busy. They gave us a great deal and while we were waiting it was closing time, they had their doors locked and were finishing up a Mom and her young daughter (about 8) came to the bay doors and explained she had just had a flat and managed to make it into the lot, even though you could see he was very tired and ready to go home he took care of the woman and he did it without acting like he was going out with his way to do so. Thats the way everyone should be. What a great testimonial for this particular business.

Had a great experience! After Parkway Chrysler couldnt find a problem with my tire going flat every two days I brought my 200 in here. It was Saturday at 9 a.m. I didnt have an appointment and they took my car with no hassle. Super cool staff. I had my car back by 10 a.m. and they found a piece of metal in my tire. They fixed it and didnt charge me for it. This was super helpful and saved me a lot of stress. Ill definitely be coming here to get my next tires.

Ive done business here for years for several different cars. The service is very friendly and accommodating. I bought snow tires and wheels from them, and they rotate and balance them for free every year, as well as plug the occasional nail hole for free. The prices seem very reasonable, though I cant say Ive done a thorough investigation. With great and easy going service, I dont really see the reason to shop around.

Ruined my car:( I had discount tire replace my two front tires. Two months later, the tire on the passenger side deflated around the rim and the rim was completely ruined. The tire on the drivers side is now moving inward or outward making my car swerve all over the road. I suspect a tie rod issue. I dont know if they are to blame, but Ive never had tire problems until I went to discount.

Worst tire place around. I came there with a dounut on my truck that was about to blow with a brand new tire in the bed. They wouldnt install it because the tire was (too old). It was brand new and stored inside nothing wrong with it. I do not recommend this place horrible service and very rude! Went straight to bell tire they installed it no problem and was very nice.

On Sunday, I scheduled an appointment online for Monday at 10:30AM with the specific tire I wanted. Got in at 10:15AM that Monday. Took 5 mins for info. Paid the nice man $280 (out the door price). Car got into garage at 10:20AM. Got all 4 new tires on. Out the door at 10:45AM. They will be getting my business for a very long time. Quick and simple. Love it!

Great store, great people. Just watched an as angry customer yelled at the employee because she had a safety issue and they wouldnt let the car go. The employee was extremely professional, explained the situation to her, and was very polite when she belittled him. Because of that, along with the great service I received, I will keep coming back.

Called today to schedule an appointment for a tire rotation. Couldnt believe when they told me to bring it in at 930am since I called at 9am. Awesome customer service the rep on the phone Ryan was friendly and the rep in the store Sean took care of me right away. Exceeded my expectations every time.
