Champs Citadel Mall Charleston, SC I give this store negative stars! Absolutely awful awful awful. Owners of this store should be embarrassed to have the employees they do. First there were mutiple employees in this store Saturday (12/18/2016) morning and myself and my 2 year old child were the only customers. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes or more while employees talked to one another and texted on their phones before they could help us. What Im most disappointed in is that the employees have no no respect towards me or my child. They were repeatedly using profanity amongst each other in there personal conversations saying F this F that all infront of my child. I will never spend another $1 in this store because of its employees. I couldnt ask for the manager because they were one of the ones using this profanity also. Corporate you will be hearing from me Monday morning.

Was awful at the springfield IL location! I tried to exchange for a smaller size that I had bought at another location. I immediately felt uncomfortable and was shamed in front of other associates and customers that one shoe had creases I saw no such crease and shoes were never worn. He continued to make me feel stupid , saying the other store must have sold me a bad pair. Or insinuated that when I tried them on I bent my foot too much! I have never heard of such a thing! Then when he brought out a smaller size , I noticed a huge dent and I pointed it out! He said thats a dimple not a crease. Seriously made no sense and I felt completely picked on. So in shock and crying I walked out with defective shoes that he said couldnt be sold I will NEVER buy shoes from a Champs again.

I wish there was a rating on the negative side, I would have rated -100+. The worst store in Tucson, AZ at Park Place Mall. I was falsely accused of shoplifting after having spent $70, and when showed the video there was nothing but actual shopping. The employees need to be better trained when looking for shoplifters. I will never shop there again.

I will never order another pair of shoes I spent over 500.00 to be told 2 pair of shoes would be shipped to me within 3-5 days and now my 5 days is being longer on one pair and the other dont know when it will make it. Next time I will just go to another location instead of being lied to I didnt have this problem with finishline
