1. they offered a 60 day trial membership online, I applied but no card came went to the store coustomer service desk to maybe pick it up the coustomer service lady was unable to help. Wasted trip. 2.They advertise a dicounted vetrans membership on several military website for several military organizations so its another trip to BJs, and as you can guess coustomer service never heard of such a thing .......Wasted trip 3. BJs does a mass mailing offering $25 membersips i get a card my neighbor gets a card my girlfriend gets a card all these cards are printed on an offset press they are all the same, I go to BJs again but forget the card but since it was a mass offering and alll the cards are the same there should honor the offer.......You gurssrd it wasted trip. But this time i complain to one of the store mansgers and get no satisfaction. So get in the car and go to Costco where they have no problem with my membership or the $600+

Unfriendly rude staff. About a year ago I went on to get my tires changed left the car there they told us we could go and once they were done we would get a call. Never called we went it at about 7-9pm to check on the car and we find it in the parking lot by the tire service center with all the doors open and no keys, luckily we had a spare. Went in the next days to check for the keys over at the service desk and said they lost them because OVIOUSLY to us they were LOSt as we had no idea of there location a rude worker then proceeded to scream at us "THEY DIDNT LOSE YOUR KEYS" absolutely unacceptable! No one followed up and a manager by the name of Cindy did apologize but thats it. Bottom line is it was a horrible service with rude employs, very unacceptable. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Deals arent that bad if youre prepared to buy in bulk. However, do the math sometimes. It doesnt always pay to buy in bulk if youre not going to use the product in due time. For example, why pay so much money up front for 4 deodorants when youre only saving 5 cents a bar and you only need one bar a month? I like the bulk meats and vacuum sealing into smaller portions for later. Good savings there and throughout the store. Just have an idea of what each item costs at the regular grocery store and youll be ahead of the game. They sell more than food so thats nice too. Jewelry dept seems to have good deals, tvs, computers, and other household items.

I am never pleased with the customer service at the rt 13 store it just happens to be close to work but id much rather go to the new store on kirkwood hwy. the rt 13 store is dingy even dirty. ive talked to the manager about the service saying what problems ive had, and that id rather go to other stores. Thats when I found out BJs are independently operated so the stores compete with each other.

Not bad, sufficient, fuel station is a benefit over Costco in this area. However, Costco seems to be a little larger, more free samples on the weekends to try different products, has some more occasional but better deals if you catch them, super fast checkout speeds by comparison, and much much better quality food court items.

They do have some rude employees and some rude customers. They do have a good selection of items that is why we continue to shop here. Last time I was in there I went to get lottery tickets and the guy said he was closing it for the night. I said its only 620! And he shrugged his shoulders and walked away

It wasnt crowded so it was quick with help from head cashier. I hdidnt bring in enough money I had left my pursr in the car. Going out easy the reps. checking moved quicker upon exiting

I love this Bjs the selection it offers I dropped Costco years ago Bjs prices are very affordable they accept manufacture coupons. The lines can be long they should have more cashiers.

Ridiculous amount of time waiting to get ham and cheese.. Every time I need some I wait about 20 min! Then about 30 min in line to pay... They also raise their prices every month.

There is often just one cashier in the liquor store in New Castle. Line stretches all the way to the back of the store. I was half way and it took 20 minutes to check out.
