I came with my daughter before dropping her off at UCONN to get her a new phone as a present. Let me tell you, this store is not like the other AT&T stores. I do not mean this in a good way. The salesperson was not attentive and seemed to only care about what was going on outside the store. I do not know if they had plans to go to the beach or something. But it was very clear that they did not want to work and help us get a phone. We left the store very disappointed and ended up going to the mall. ATT needs to hire better sales people. My husband and I pay ATT too much money to be treated this way.

This store is horrible. Poorly stocked. Staff claims that lifeproof doesnt make a waterproof case for the iphone 6s plus when they do, they make the "FRĒ FOR iPHONE 6 PLUS/6s PLUS CASE" they also claimed that the Otterbox was just as good as the lifeproof at keep the iPhone safe from water damage. They also seemed clueless at being able to help me activate my insurance replacement phone. please avoid this store, go to the AT&T Store on Deming Road in Manchester that staff is the best in the state

There seems to be a staffing issue in this location. I came to pre-order my Note 8 and the doors were locked when it said they would be open. I came back a couple of hours later during my lunch and there were a handful of people waiting and only one working. I went to Best Buy closer to my house instead and they took care of the order for me. They also signed me up for the bundle. Im getting the camera and the charging pad!!!

The two guys there are not helpful and would rather be on their personal phones than help. I was looking to migrate my business lines with AT&T after frustrating times with Verizon. This place was highly recommended by a friend as he had a pleasant experience. They did not seem to care about business and the place is filthy! Please train your employees about customer service!!

They are not knowledgable and cannot do what an ATT corporate or Radioshack can do. I could not get a device transferred over because my old device is defective, if you cannot do this how do you expect to use a phone? Radio Shack easily worked this out for me. This ATT store is horrible, save yourself some dignity and go to an actual ATT such as Buckland or Westfarms

We had an excellent experience with Matt who helped us get everything back in order after our AT&T account was hacked last weekend (6/11/16). Despite the late hour on Saturday night he was very helpful, capable and understanding and we appreciate all the help from him and the fraud staff he connected with. Thank you.

This ATT store is not corporate. After waiting for almost an hour because there was only one guy working, he refused to help me with my phone. He did not even want to look at it. They told me to visit the store in Einfield. They only sell phones and not technical support. Big waste of time!
