I ordered an arrangement that got delivered end of the special day and was missing key parts and the fruit was not edible or fresh. Now understand, I have been ordering from Edible for 3-5 years regularly. I ordered this from a local store. The order was sent from a store I did not order from. I called to complain and they said they could send a replacement the next day. It would not matter as the event day would be over. I asked for a refund. I was told the owner would call back. He never did. I called 4 times and was told each time he would call back. He never did. I then disputed the charge with my bank. The owner lied in a sworn affidavit that they delivered a replacement. They did not. I have cameras to prove that. I cannot believe that a business that should be built on customer service has none. I cant believe they can stay in business making people unhappy, one delivery at a time! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Buyer beware, if I could have given zero stars I would have.

Thank you Waterbury Edible Arrangements. I was blown away by your arrangement and your customer service. I sent the arrangement to my wife and was delivered within a few hours. The fruit was extreamly fresh and looked stunning. My wife couldnt stop talking about it. You made a customer for life. Great store and highly recommended.

Extremely dissapointing with the chocolate covered strawberries. They were not fresh at all. In fact they were covered in mold in less than 36 hours. Have never had this problem at other locations.
