Great selection of tools for household jobs. Prices are unbelievable, and it is nice to be able to get the right tool for the job - even if you are only going to do that job once in a blue moon. Many of their tools are not durable enough for the professional trade - but work fine for the average homeowner. Staff is friendly, and the store offers lifetime warranties on their hand tools, just like their competition. Be sure to keep an eye out for their coupons - they regularly offer 20% off any single item - or a small free gift with purchase.

When you need a tool in a hurry and want low prices, look no further than Harbor Freight. So long as you dont expect tools that will last a lifetime, you wont be disappointed. Various sockets and adapters sold by harbor freight are known to break under stress, so leave the high torque applications to a trusted breaker bar / torque wrench.

The selection is very good but the quality of the tools are not good at all. If you need a tool once then this is the perfect place to go. The staff is not friendly at all and if you have a question then dont expect to get the answer here.

Cheap made-in-china tools. If i want to save a free bucks and dont need something to last, this is where I shop. Tools and such are usually cheap enough to "try out" here before upgrading to a name brand model.

Great tool selection. The tools arent the best quality, but are usually sufficient if they are meant for occasional use. Also good for starter tools. Either way, you can hardly beat the prices.
