While I am happy about the quick delivery of the bouquet I ordered, I have to say I am very disappointed with the actual arrangement. In-laws sent a photo of the flowers, thanking us and I have to say I was very shocked to see that the photo they sent looked NOTHING like what I spent a considerable amount of time picking out. I understand substitutions are needed at times however nothing in the bouquet I chose was that exotic to CT. The color pallet was totally different as were most of the flowers. The bouquet I chose was very full yet what was delivered was very lacking in that area. Very disappointed - doubt I will reuse this florist.

I have used Dillons since my first child was born. I had a beautiful arrangement delivered to my wife in the hospital and was there when it arrived --- gorgeous! I use them now for all my floral needs. Never a problem. They always go over and above with their design, service, and delivery. You just tell them the amount you want to spend, any suggestions about colors or flowers, and they take it from there! HIGHLY recommend them!

I sent my Mom and early Mothers day fruit and flower basket the weekend of 5/1/2016. It was an internet order for a basket with one small azalea, and assorted fruit. I specified a pink azalea and fresh fruit They delivered the quality I was hoping for and my 77 yo Mom who has been ill spent the weekend eating fresh delicious apples and oranges. Thanks, Edward J. Every time I go to Dillons to get a bouquet or call to send flowers it is always the same excellent a service and beautiful fresh flowers. No matter what the occasion from picking up a bouquet to make myself feel better, to ordering for a loved ones passing, Mr. Dillon and his employees are always there with a helping hands and a smile.
