Extremely slow. They take way longer then needed I have gone in to just pick up parts and have been in the store for 20mins. I have ordered parts and they told me that the order was placed however it actually wasnt and they had to re order what I needed. This has happened twice to me and would not like to see it happen to anyone else. Never order anything through them. Also staff doses not talk professionally many times staff has cursed and used inappropriate language. In addition they never have parts in stock or only have half of what you need. I have been inconvenienced to many times. Dont waste your time, go else were.

Handicapped parking & entrance is good, but every time I enter, workers are occupied chatting with each other and not in any rush to assist customers. I found this to be especially true for women who enter (not only me). Overall a nice and convenient store, but staff needs work on customer service and basic customer etiquette.

I was told to wait 5 min to get my check engine light code, fair enough, i waited 20 min and then they forgot i was waiting and they kept talking talking to each other like i wasnt even there. Extremely poor service. Even if is a free service, does that mean that they can forget about a custumer?

Put in hold for 20 minutes by the commercial staff. Hang up and called back after 7 or 8 ring they answer not paying attention to what I was saying was quoted a price for front struts when I needed rear. Ive known about Auto zone poor service for years I guest things never change for some.

We saw manager yell at customers, employee said its not uncommon. Our turn at the parts counter he was very snappy and made us feel rushed. Left and went to ORileys, much better.

Always get hung up on when I call. Ive also been given numerous amounts of wrong tools and parts when I go here. Such a shame
