Today I went into the New Milford, Ct store and I waited about 20 minutes for a money order. No bigee! However, when I got to the desk a couple came buy just as I reached the desk to were I was standing and they were annoyed because I was being waited on first, I was next in line. Apparently, they were here before me awhile ago and a computer went down that was supposed to process their order for what ever they needed. The clerk who was by herself told me very sharply, "they are next in line, not you!!!" Then she explained their situation w/ the computer to me. O.k., first of all she was very rude and should have told me the situation before hand. I said, "I would have gladly let them go first if you told me the situation." She was nasty, snarling and extremely condescending. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Does Walmart train their employees to chill out and be tolerant when its busy? Hello, Ive been working retail since I graduated college. Ive been on both sides of the fence, the executive and the sales associate and would tolerate that behavior of my people, whatsoever. Perhaps, she was having a bad day? I work for Bed, Bath & Beyond always with a smile. I am human but I know how to treat people the way I want to be treated!!! I walk into my job w/ a smile on my face regardless. My sister is dying and my nephew just got pulled off of life support. Would I take it out on anyone, not on your life because I am also a customer and once again I want to be treated the way I treat my customers. Some people just dont belong in retail and she is one of them. You have to be a people person and if you have to, fake that smile, be polite when your world is caving in. I have to!!!

They always have what I need at the lowest price in town! Furthermore, the pharmacy staff is always on their toes, trying their best to get my Rx filled as quickly as possible despite it being time to close or being out of the medication! Theresa and Jessica are the most FANTASTIC employees that Wal-Mart has!! I hope that they really are appreciated! On many occasions they have helped me in ways that no other pharmacy staff is has ever done before! They have called other Pharmacies around town when Ive needed something right away. They are ALWAYS pleasant no matter how long the line is, or how grouchy the customers are. They should get a raise and vacation for the things they do for me alone! Thank you ladies!! Thanks for caring so much when it seems like nobody else does. ❤

This store is very poorly managed and it shows in the store culture. Employees walk right past me as I stand at the Photo Department counter waiting to pay for my photos. I was finally helped when I asked someone at a nearby counter to help me and he was very pleasant and competent. The employees here have quite an attitude and they are very poorly trained in terms of knowing about products and definitely not trained in customer relations. The music is obnoxious and far too loud. The place is absolutely filthy. Look at the floor, Why would I shop here when I can go elsewhere?. I am done with the attitudes here and the being treated badly as a paying customer whose time is valuable. I will never be back to this store.

Found spacesaver bags marked on clearance in the clearance isle. When I got to the register the item didnt ring up, and then the manager came over and removed the sticker and said they werent selling the bags for that price. The big yellow sticker was not tampered with, was directly on the box, and took effort for her to remove. She was trying to tell me it was never intentionally marked for clearance. I thought stores were not allowed to do such a thing...then again its slimey Walmart -I guess they have no rules.

I find this local Walmart an inexpensive, good quality store. We go there for things that can be simple or really important. Everything weve ever needed from this Walmart they had. My experience doesnt go to deep though I still enjoy wandering around like in Target or Kmart, except it is more fun here in Walmart New Milford. If it is for the 4th of July or Pokemon cards for my brother and I, we enjoy our produces for a good price.

WHY IS IT THAT THE SHELVES HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ETHIC/AFRICAN TEXTURED HAIR? BLACK PEOPLE LIVE IN NEW MILFORD. I LIVE AT WILLOWSPRINGS FOR YEARS NOW AND I HAVE ALWAYS ASKED WHY THAT WAS AN COULD NEVER GET ANSWER. WELL UNTIL I SEE SOMETHING ON THE SHELVES THAT REPRESENT OR LOOK LIKE ME, ILL BE SPENDING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Well stocked Walmart. It isnt a Super Walmart though, so no groceries. Every time I went there they never had enough cashier lanes opened so there was a decent wait at the checkout

Normal walmart. Poorly trained people that know very little about the items in the store and little motivation to learn more. Reasonable selection for a store in our area.

This Walmart is better than some. However the store manager and assistant managers are absolutely terrible here. They have not a clue what they are doing.
