While I was in line, the cashier took a customer call asking for floral tile. She placed the caller on hold, asked another worker passing by who said "just tell them we dont have it". That is what she did, while mumbling to herself, what is floral tile? She should have asked the caller for more info and if still unsure of the item, found another more knowledgeable coworker. I was the only customer in the store and it was not busy.

Good prices but the shelfs have been looking pretty barren lately. As if they are trying to sell off what they have rather than getting new products.
