This review is for a gentleman named Scott that was working in the Produce section on Sunday November 2nd. (tall, slender and wore glasses) I went into the store around 10am (this was the 3rd grocery store I went to in search for fresh dill) I had ask him if there was any fresh dill and he went right into the back and brought me some. He was quite funny and very polite. After another 10min of me now searching for leeks, he approached me and asked me what I was looking for and not to say "nothing" because he could tell I was in search for something. hahaha ( I thought that was very funny) . So I told him leeks. Again he was nice enough to go into the back and grab me Leeks, informing me that they had just arrived this morning. I feel as though people never get recognized for above and beyond tasks that they do, even though some might say its part of their job. I never really shop at ShopRite, but with people like Scott that are funny, personable and very attentive to customers needs, it make me want to return to the Enfield store. With that said please pass this along to that nice gentleman and tell him I said thank you and that my Homemade Chicken soup came out just the way wanted it to. All I needed were those leeks and that bundle of dill..

I am having a birthday party for my sister this weekend and went to ShopRite to pick up a few things. They had a great deal on soda. Her absolute FAVORITE soda is Dr. Pepper so we definitely needed a 12 pack or two. Unfortunately I wasnt able to find any, but a friendly associate was stocking the shelf and she asked if I needed any help. She then went to the back and brought out 6 cases of Dr. Pepper for me. I was super grateful. However, thats not where the story ends. Later when checking out the lines were pretty long and I was thinking I might be late to work. But then the same awesome associate came over to open a register and we were able to check out on time! I was blown away by my experience today, special thank you to Iris (the ShopRite associate)!!!! She truly went above and beyond and provided amazing customer service today. Ill definitely be shopping here again.

ShopRite, run by the Miller Family in Enfield, presents as a quality grocery store in town, with great produce, prices, and presents a clean store to its guests. The lines are rarely long during the week, in the morning, when I do my shopping, and the meat is always great quality. The front end cashiers and management are always quick to say hello and help out with any issues you may have, and the owners are always performing outreach with the community. Whether it be small or large, fundraisers or festivals, youll always see the ShopRite logo or a member of the Miller family.

Theres an employee who is supposed to stock the shelves but apparently cant read or doesnt care about proper product placement. I thought it was a random occurrence until I noticed it every week. Also, they dont stock up on the products that sell and youll often find you cant get products you used to buy regularly because of the creeps who have jumped on the organic/non-gmo bandwagon in the past year in this area are suddenly buying the things youve been buying for years and the inventory program doesnt know how to order enough to ensure everyone gets what theyre looking for.

Shop Rite has better prices than the other stores in the area but there bakery could use a better selection of rolls and pastrys. They always have the same things day after day and people get sick of the same items every day. I cannot walk the store as i have back problems and I appreciate the battery operated carts that I can get around the store with. I don t think the other stores have these carts.

Worse shoprite i have ever encountered. I will.drive any distance to avoid shopping here. The owner does not even know how to decifer his own receipts. Then they.made a mistake on my srfh order. They owe me $27.xx and refuse to recify the.situation. i do not.work..i coupon to feed.my family. Now they are resorting to lying. I will.contact.dept consumer.protection. i wouldnt shop here if they PAID ME.

Such a great store and I love the live jazz combo today. They were excellent. The people there are so friendly and you cant beat their weekly meat sale prices. Love that they are expanding their pre-made take home options. At the end of a long day, I just dont have it in me to cook dinner. This offers me an alternative to pizza or fast food. Best yet is that its family owned.

I travel down from Springfield every week to do my grocery shopping at this store. Quality deli, meats, and produce. Most of the store brand breads and bakery items are terrible, but Ive learned what to avoid. Excellent prices and sales. Very pleasant staff.

Great buys, store is well organized, and staff friendly. Staff very helpful, I dont get circulars and the deli staff told what wad on sale. Tried the sorpressata recommended by d3livering staff, it was gteat. Thankful for considerate staff.

This store needs to train the management on customer service. Evening Assistant Director Kristin was unapologetic to have us wait for almost 20 minutes to correct pricing mistake and was unresponsive/unable to provide us the policy when asked.

Generally good weekly sales and specials. However, they usually fail to keep said sale items stocked on the shelves and must of the time a raincheck is needed. Store is usually kept clean and employees are willing to assist when need be.

Not much to really differentiate it from any other supermarket. It will probably have what you need. I recommend Aldi over ShopRite. Even though Aldis selection isnt as large, its way cheaper and most things are about the same quality.

Went to buy Coca-Cola. It was on sale in the weekly circular, (5) 12 packs for $13, minimum purchase of $10. Got in line, was told I need to spend $25 dollars to get the sale. As the old adage goes....

When you pour bleach, you would like a container that pours properly, but the Shoprite Clorox Bleach pours worse than any other bleach. It is hard to imagine making the bottle any worse than it is.

Better organized than sister store in Manchester. Staff have always been polite and helpful. One of the best prices for organic milk in the area...$5.99 a gallon
