I have been a satisfied Price Chopper customer for many, many years. However, the self-scanning system now in place is a detriment to my shopping experience. Due to long lines and only two lines open, I chose the self- checkout against my better judgement. The last time I went through, the scanned price on an item was incorrect and I needed to go to the customer service desk. Yesterday, I had a full cart and it must have taken me 20 minutes to check out. I didnt realize that you had to put full bags on the shelf which is inconvenient when you could be refilling your cart. I was prompted to wait for the attendant several times for no apparent reason. One coupon wouldnt scan so I had to go to customer service again, The whole system is clunky- much better to go through a checkout line with real people as cashiers- please do not cut back staff hours thinking that the self checkout is a great alternative! I will to use that option again!

Im from Ct and come here to visit my daughter. I fell in love with this store. Everything is geat about Price Chopper. The selections of products, the freshness of local grown produce, the meats and fresh baked goods combined with great prices makes it a "no brainer" to shop here. Staff is A1

Good service wasnt really something I could find here. I was always able to find what I was looking for, but between poor costumer service and the store not being as clean as a super market should be. I have to rate it at a 3
