I rarely ever give bad reviews. But here I was shocked. 1 - I made an appointment and got there on time. They made me wait, even though no other patients were there. The eye exam itself took 7 minutes, but I was there for a total of 40 minutes. 2 - They are rude (except for the younger gentleman that greets you - see their pic) 3 - They measured my old lenses (which are not strong enough) and gave me back exact same prescription. The specialist commented "you kicked back everything suggested" - that is because during the exam he asked me "how does it feel" and I patiently replied "its more clear, but at the same time it hurts my eye". Maybe if he cared to explain why or spent more time (given that i was there for 40 minutes) trying to pick the right combination... Anyhow, you get what you pay for. As Ive heard, there are plenty of other places in ESPNs proximity that can take better care of you.

I have been going to Your Eyes since I started wearing glasses in the 4th grade. The staff greet me by first name and I have always received courteous service. Craig has helped me with contact prescriptions to find the product that works best for me. Donat carries a nice selection of frames, too. You may not "get it in an hour" like that "other" eye store, but you will get consistently great service from the same people, time and time again. Your Eyes is a great local business and I highly recommend it.

Ive trusted my eyes to Your Eyes of Bristol for the past 20 years. They take the time to get it right that the mass market "discount" places dont. I say "discount" because Your Eyes is always within a couple of bucks of their prices while providing priceless service!
