On several occasions, I was left to bag two or more bags of groceries I was doing this as fast as I could, while the line grew and the cashiers just watched. She seemed irritated with my inexperience and pace. NG will not provide baggers. While I dont mind supplying my own bags and bagging , but when I am giving my money to a business where the employee get irritated with me and does nothing to help, I have conclude to avoid this. I will not buy more than a hand full of items at any Natural Grocers store, and wouldnt even do that if I had a choice. This means, after 12 years of shopping at NG, Ill drive to Colorado Springs and do my major shopping at Whole Foods or Kings locally. There, I can get profession courtesy and help bagging. I used to think, shopping at a natural food store was an opportunity to get away from the frantic world. I wanted to avoid leaving this review but the manager neglected to even acknowledge the email I sent. Apparently, the problem is systemic. Yes, the prices are lower here, but that is not a price Im willing to pay for a bad experience. This is a game changer, and NG may not realize it until after much inconvenience and customer/revenue loss.

I have been shopping at this store since its opening. The employees are the absolute best. Tim, the assistant manager has always been so helpful and friendly. Karen, Lois and many of the other employees are just super fine people. I always have a positive experience shopping here because you can always find what you need to stay healthy. The fresh produce is great and again the employees in that department are super friendly and always helpful. I will also add that the ladies and Tim are always reliable sources to ask any questions that I may have about a supplement or other natural aid for my or my families well being. Great store and great employees!

Good prices on natural/organic foods & beverages (no beer sold here), with fresh produce being a bit more expensive. Happy to see a number of local / Colorado items, including the MM Local kimchi (so tasty !). Good selection of unprocessed grain & seeds. The size of this clean, tidy grocery store is much more manageable than that of other places. Cashiers are a bit spacey, but nice.

The whole staff are so helpful. They ask if they can help you find what you are looking for, in any part of the store you are in, supplements, grocery, dairy, produce, it doesnt matter. They all seem to love what they do and it shows! If they dont carry what you want, they will try to get it for you. Great shopping experence.

As always, it was great!!! The store has a mellow friendly vibe. I love the quality of the products they sell. I heard they had all of the flavors of San Pellegrinos Sparkling Beverages. They truly did!!! Ive been trying to find a store that provides that product line for almost two years. Thanks, Natural Grocers!!!

Do not have a Deli or fresh meats. Do have an amazing selection of vitamins and related products. Staff friendly and helpful. You must bring your own shopping bags. They do however provide some packing boxes to help you out. Limited selection of raw nuts and bulk foods.

I refuse to shop at this store. Im convinced to drive to Colorado Springs to Whole Foods bi-weekly to buy all my meats from Whole Foods. Highest quality high standard meat. The meat is so good. Not to mention its the best of the best. Only premium food goes into my body.

For a small natural grocers, the selection here is good! The store is pretty clean and the staff is friendly. Prices are on track with any natural grocery store. The parking lot is poorly paved and the outside of the store could use some TLC but inside is the real gem!

Great organic (ONLY) produce. Love it. Carolyn knows a lot in supplements. Shes been there for years. The store has MUCH higher standards than Whole Foods. Im thanks for all heath food stores but Im glad this store is in Pueblo. Thanks!

Natural grocers is mostly vitamins but the grocery side has an excellent selection with a small amount of organic produce to choose from as well. Staff is always nice and place is clean!
