I shop here very often, as I live very near. The staff is very helpful when I am unsure of what I am looking for, and always has great ides for drinks. They have a fantastic selection of microbrews and obscure beers. Their wine selection is VERY large, unless you are looking for a bottle from 1930, they will have what you are looking for! There is also a rewards program here, and the rewards can be used anytime as cash value, even when you have almost nothing. Really like not having to save a certain amount before using it. The management is friendly and helpful and is never unwilling to help you. The other review about the older lady drinking and driving is not something I have seen, and I have hit a few of their wine tastings pretty hard. I think that in the 11 months since that review those poor choices have changed. There is one young man working there in particular who is always very happy and jovial. Best person in the store. I have never seen him acting unhappy or unfriendly, best employee I have ever seen at a liqueur store!

One thing I hate is a new employee who decides they know the rules. I have a family points account under my sisters name, we use and add points as we go. Tonight, my fiance was told he couldnt use our points because his name didnt match the account, but that I could because she and I share a last name. When I went in to show my I.d. we were still denied. If those are the rules of the store, fine. But I have never, ever had this problem. Ive actually had this new employee handle my transaction previously (while he was training) and didnt have any problems. There are liquor stores closer to where I live with comparable prices. Ive always gone to Hover Crossing because I truly like the service. Not so much right now. Pick your rules so I can pick my liquor store.

Nice store, nice staff but horrible marketing. Im not an ungrateful person however, this 1st experience was a joke. I signed up to win the "liquor store" easter basket and when I picked it up, I ended up tossing it after I left. Just some advice. Cater to your "adult" customers and do not assume every customer has a 3yr old child. What a joke, so funny! Put some effort and funds into your raffles and promotions, sheesh 4 pieces of cheap candy and no chocolate? Bummer, that was a waste of a trip.

Nice people but I havent been there one time in the driver threw without waiting for someone to come to window for atleased 5min and they put a sign up to tell customers to hurry for the convenience of others but they wont even come to window for the convenience of customers so not to impressed and it has been over 10 times that I have waited so now Im giving my review on it

I used to shop here, but never again. Their store hours are until 11pm, but they closed before 10. We were on of several cars who were turned away, and someone inside tried to tell us that we were wrong about the hours, when it easy clearly marked that theyd closed more than an hour early. Dont waste your time going here. Theyll never get another dollar from.us.

This was my go to liquor store when I spent more time on this side of town. Its a huge store with a good selection, especially when it comes to wine. Staff is friendly and helpful and the store looks really nice and is always clean. Was just in there the other day for the first time in awhile, and everything was great as always.

First time I visited I was impressed with the size of the store and the layout...wine in the front, booze in the back. They have a great selection of the regional craft brews... Ill be back for sure!

Pretty good selection across the board. Rewards program on par with other stores. Pricing could maybe be a bit better on some items, though. Rotating sales on local craft beer is nice.
