This store has the worst customer service period. They are never helpful or friendly and after this morning I will never set foot in that store again. I walked in at about 12:30 pm and the conversation between a clerk and the customer, who evidently he knew, was "Hell buy it", " F^%$ing right I am". This was at check out with other customers at the desk and another clerk, with a beard, standing there. This was not in a conversational voice either, it was at the top of their lungs. Unbelievable. There are too many good places to spend my money at where the clerks are friendly and this place isnt it.

Worst experience ever. I was a regular customer to this store even though the customer service was awful as it was very near to my place. One of the guys (i think he is a new guy. I never saw him before) today was looking at me weirdly and asked me if i was the person who was stealing beer from the store couple of days back and was saying that he saw me doing that and told that he would shoot the people doing that. I politely told him that he might be confused and that isnt me. He did not even say sorry. This is not the way you deal with your customer. I would never ever again go to this store.

Most of the people working here have zero desire to provide any sort of customer service. You will be typically treated as an inconvenience when it comes time to check out. Imagine you were homeless and filthy, and then walked into an extremely high end hotel in Manhattan and approached the front desk. If you can imagine the look the hotel staff would give you, thats exactly the look these people will give you (if they even look at you at all) when you exchange your hard earned money for their goods. But theyre close, and often open as long as the sun is out, so there is that.

I come here only because its close but will go else where if possible. The place has awful customer service. I barley even get a "hey" when I check out I say have a good day when I leave and they dont say anything every one here is like this why? I have noticed that middle aged folk get better service but why? They all have seen me in there yet continue to I.d. me every time where as the store Id rather go to knows me and never checks my I.D. Ive been coming here for 2 years same people every time come on! In the end its a beer store and they always stocked so go there.

Some of the rudest people work here, they dont do anything outrageous , but its a subtle douchebagery that gets me. Every time I go there I cringe, its a closest store and the location is convinient , but I will make an effort to go to a different store from now on . Every one I know who shops here has the same opinion. Im pretty sure the owners run the registers so this complaint is a waste of time , but maybe if more people complain they will change their attitude just a little bit, it does not take much to be nice.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Very expensive prices and very rude employees. Clerk acted like he didnt wanna serve me after just having a great conversation about baseball with the patron before me. Started to walk away from me, and when I asked him some questions about the selection, he acted rude and like he just wanted me out of the store. Not going back, even if its the closest liquor store to home.

Great selection for a quick stop. While they dont have every microbrew ever, they do have an impressive scotch selection. I dont know what the customer service complaints are about - everyone here has been cordial to me in the past. And to the comment about not being served because you didnt have your ID - too bad - they were too lenient in the past and got busted for it.

Always nice. dont believe what these other people say I guess they expect amazing response when they walk in like on a tv show. Its a small store so its easy to find whatever youre looking for. If you have any questions they will answer it. Also its law to id everyone in the store every single time so expect to be id since they can lose their license for it.

On August 2, 2012, I went to this liquor store. It was 9:05PM I didnt know the store was closing. A male came up to me clapped his hands at me and rudely said, "Lets go were closed." Needless to say, I did not purchase anything for this store and WILL NOT ever be back. A simple, "Ms, were closed would have been sufficient." Very poor customer service!!!

One of the employees we dealt with here was incredibly rude. He refused to serve the person I was with because he wanted to see my id and wasnt pleasant about it. I was on a trip and wasnt intending to buy alcohol so I didnt have it on me. He still refused to serve my friend and we had to leave.

This is the most expensive liquor store in the areas. The employees are rude and make inappropriate comments. More than once, Ive heard employers talk bad about management and ownership. This is the closest liquor store to where I live but I wont new going back.
