Went there to get tires on my girlfriends car. The guy at the counter named Wyatt was extremely rude all he wanted to do was up sell me and told me that the cheapest tires werent even an option. Even thought they were all season tires he claims they were only good for dry driving conditions. I said i wanted to go with those tires he said its not recommended and that I need more expensive tires once again. The reason i choose Discount is because the guy on the phone was nice and friendly his name was Aaron and told me there were options and that they dont work on commission, but they must get some kind of bonus or something because while i was there the other kid at the counter pulled up some kind of numbers on his computer and went over it and another person there said that he was doing ok with his selling and told him what he needs to work on. This tells me that either they have some kind of bonus program or that they have certain numbers they must hit daily. So now i see why this Wyatt tried so hard to up sell me and then him telling me that the cheap tires werent an option it was very rude and disrespectful once i went with those tires you could tell he was annoyed then told me it would be 30 to 45 mins it was an hour and a half and the people that were helped after me got in and out quicker then I did. in conclusion dont waste your time coming here very dishonest and rude and Wyatt needs to learn how to treat customers and if you buy cheap tires cause thats all you can afford at the time you get put in the back of the line. Beware of how you will be treated if you dont buy what they want you get terrible service. I will never go back to that discount Ill try somewhere else !!!!!!!!!

The first time we shopped here, we purchased tires on line beforehand. When we arrived we were notified that the tires were not in stock, contrary to what the on-line inventory check stated. We, of course, upgraded because all-weather tires are essential in Colorado. The tires are great, so no complaints on that. Today, however, we had a negative experience. My husband waited in store for 2 hours for a scheduled balance and rotation. He decided after that long of a wait to check with the associate, who informed him the car had been ready for over 1.5 hours. My husband was literally sitting inside the store for the entirety of the 2 hours. The associate said he called our phone, but we had no missed calls, no voicemails, nothing. We will no longer be going to Discount Tire because the two times weve been there, there have been inconveniences without apology. Well stick to a local shop from now on, because time is money, and theyve wasted ours.

I like these guys! I have been to several discount tires in Colorado Springs, & usually left with a less than stellar experience because the salesmen were generally pushy. after I moved to greeley, I found this location. I purchased new rims for my car and garret was able to not only price match a website I found online, but also told me about a promotion that was running for an additional $100 off the final price. he made an exception getting the wheels rung out so I could get the discount. I called about a week later to set up an appointment to get my rims on, the guys were super nice and told me they could get me in right away even though they were closing in a few minutes. they ended up having to keep my snow tires mounted in the front for safety reasons, but said they would switch them out for free when I got new tires. their customer service was absolutely fantastic! I found my new tire shop in greeley! :)

A+ Customer Service & A+ Workmanship: I spoke with Jimmy (Highly recommended) about siping my 31 inch Hankook Mud-Terrain tires earlier this morning. He told me that siping would take 1 hour max and that the process would be beneficial for traction in hard packed snow and ice. I was a bit hesitant, but decided to take my JEEP in. Upon arrival I was welcomed and treated very kindly. The tire siping only took 45 minutes and I was back on the road. Overall the customer service was exceptional, the staff knowledgeable, and the entire process was very smooth. Thank you for the siping service, I will definately be back for tires, service, etc...

We usually dont have problems but our last time has been less than satisfactory. Our sales guy seemed very uninterested in actually selling us new wheels, was okay to work with but not very personalable. We ordered new wheels for our truck on Friday and were told 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Weve called every day since Wednesday and were just told now, a week later, they wont be here until the 5th. And there is no information as to why they are late or where they are. VERY disappointed!!!!

This was one of the best experience ever buying tires. I would like to thank the tire tech that worked on my vehicle, he went above and beyond what was expected, getting my tires on in a timely manner and even replaced parts without charging extra. The entire staff was very friendly and very professional. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles to this shop. I will definitely be telling all my friends about my experience and recommending this shop to them!!!!

Ive brought all types of imports and muscle cars to them and they always get them on looking great with no issues. And they must know how much I love cars because they always have it done so fast and shipping time usually when ordering with them is good. Even when I bought them separate with a sponsorship coupon I had I just brought them with the car and they threw them on no problem. Ill be back again for a new car soon that needs wheels and tires. I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced the other day and I went in with the mindset of buying two new ones, and keeping two old tires. Wyatt was very helpful, told me the rating of each tire and actually made me aware that tires on my vehicle were shorter than what was suggested by the manufacturer. Not only was he helpful and not at all pushy, but he also set me with the best possible price he could. I will definitely be going back in the future!

Spoke to Mitch on the phone here, explained I wanted to replace only one flat on an old truck, as CHEAPLY as possible. After putting me on hold, said he had found a used AT tire with near all tread left that would fit my vehicle exactly and be much cheaper than a new one. Next day I went down to find he lied about having a used tire for me. Twice denied having misled me and thought he could still smooth talk a sale out of me. I thought not.

Got to the store early one morning and they opened promptly at 8 a.m. A very professional young man greeted me, took my information down and had the car in within 10 minutes. Less than 15 minutes later the flat tire had been repaired and mounted, the spare returned to its storage and I was on the way to Yellowstone again. Very impressive. I hope I dont ever have to go back there but if I do I know Ill be in good hands.
