Walgreens pharmacy Has been a nightmare, I am only glad this was not a medication that I really needed. After my family doctor tested me (I am 70 years old) he suggested I take some testosterone because mine was very low. We started with Androgel pump and found out it was about $500.00. Checking my Insurance, it was still about $250.00, so I went to GoodRX on line and found a coupon for it. I decided to go over to see what it might cost. I got to Walgreens and the pharmacist is past slow and after waiting about 10 minutes he comes back and says it is $210.00. I said that the coupon for it showed a generic one for $65.00 so just give me that instead. After about another 10 minutes wait he comes back and says I will need a new prescription since they are not the same doses. I go home and the next day I call my doctor and ask him to send over another fax to me with the generic one on it, he does so I go back over to Walgreens. Another 10 minute wait. He looks at the fax and says he cannot except it, that my doctor needs to fax it to them directly. I double check to see if the coupon will work for GoodRX and he says yes. I leave and have my Doctor call them back and fax them the new prescription. I go back the next day and think we finally have it but no, the pharmacist says that the new order does not have the correct volume and does not match the coupon. He gives me the correct information that must be on the new order to get the generic Testosterone pump. Which they show comes in a 2-pump order. It is now Friday and my Doctor has gone for the week end. So, I call his voice mail and leave him a message for Monday so he can re-call back in with the correct information. I call the pharmacy and talk with them and they say they have all the correct information now on volume and quantity for the order and will put it in. they will call me when it arrives, probably in 2 days. On Wednesday, I get a call that it is in so I rush over too pick up and I get a new pharmacist who tells me the cost is $123.00 not $64.00. I say no, that the coupon says it is to be $64.00 and she says that the volume is 150 not 75. I get to thinking and see they have doubled the order so I ask her if they sent 2 pump bottles and she says no but it is 150. I agree to go ahead and take it so I pay for it and leave and guess what? It is two pumps. This is great I got it for the price, just 2 of them and these worthless people do not have a clue.

My husband and I came here on a Wednesday afternoon to get a TDap vaccine, as I am currently pregnant. Upon arrival it took about 5 minutes for anyone to greet us at the pharmacy (which is not horrible). When greeted, I gave them the prescription my doctor had written me for the vaccine. The technician took the prescription, and we were left standing/waiting for a little over 20 minutes. Then, a pharmacist came over and asked us to sit down to wait for paperwork...we patiently had a seat and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before a pharmacist came over to put our information in the system. Within this process the pharmacist told us that our insurance did not cover he vaccines (we were confused by this because we were previously told they would be since it was related to my pregnancy)... However since this pharmacist told us it was not covered we paid $127 hesitantly. This process took aver 20 minutes...at one point we were again left standing - not sure what was going on. Eventually the pharmacist came back with generic vaccine paperwork for us to complete. We completed the paperwork, brought it back up to the counter and were instructed to have a seat and you guessed it - wait. About 15 minutes later a different pharmacist called our names to come up to the counter. I believe this was the manager of the pharmacy. She wanted to double check to see if our insurance covered this vaccine (even though we had already been told by another pharmacist that it did not and paid $127). This pharmacist returned and informed us that the vaccines are covered by our insurance 100%... Which we were thankful for, but by this point were frustrated to say the least. She gave us our refund, and we finally got our vaccines. In total, getting two vaccines took an hour and 20 minutes! The pharmacy traffic was steady but they were by no means incredibly busy. My husband and I both found the customer service disappointing and inconsiderate. This Walgreens is very close to our house, and I was excited about the convenience of this store. However, I am incredibly hesitant to return to this pharmacy.

I am literally at my wits end after being a customer here for almost a year with the bad customer service and HORRIBLE communications skills by these pharmacy employees. They refuse to speak in an AUDIBLE tone clearly ENUNCIATING the english language to have a clear conversation. They also almost always tell me my rx will be done at certain time, I head over AFTER that time and its not done. The drive through is a joke in that I have sat in line for 30 mins or more only to be talked to like they would rather stick a fork in their eye than provide me with any service. Why are the pharmacists and technicians at Walgreens and especially this store so MISERABLE? Provide some training in speaking and service or get out of the biz. Its not fair to the customer who has to come back repeatedly because you wont COMMUNICATE that you dont enough to fill my RX! Out yourself in the customers shoes!

I ordered two sets of posters from this location. I received emails when the orders were ready for pickup. The first order I picked up was not ready nor could they find my order. I had to show them the email I received in order for them to process the order (while I waited). The exact same thing happened with the second order a few days later. No apology was offered by the staff or management. If youre going to place orders, plan to wait for them to process the order when you pick up.

Good sales and a variety of quality items to choose from. Great customer service. Kathy was nice enough to help me get 2000 Walgreens points for dr teals bath products eventhough it was .2 cents less than $10. They had an advertisement to get 2k points for $10 spent.

Pharmacy takes too long. This place is literally empty and in store customers should be made a priority. No reason to wait over 20 minutes for a prescription to be filled.
