Just went in and literally most rude worst experience ever. I have been with tmobil for about 7 years now and this has to be the worst Customer service EVER! I dont know the girls name but she is blond and short. Couldnt not answer one question I had. She blamed it on her poor training and said she couldnt do anything for me to come back tomorrow when there is a manager to assist me. Hellooooo why the neck are you there if you can not do a simple thing. Please fire her. A very bad representation for T-Mobile...

tamperresistant mind

Had a warranty issue... These guys gave me the runaround, then were rude to me. After speaking to T-Mobile customer service, a few times, they finally got the situation handled. After seeing all their positive feedback, I have to disagree. Nathan, Matt, and the young black man who works there, (I dont know his name), are complete douchebags. Dont expect them to be any help.
