I have been here several times but will not be going back. I live very close so it is rather convenient but everytime I go in, the employees have a bad attitude, and they stare at you like they think youre going to steal something! The prices are definitely a few dollars more a bottle than most other stores. Sure, they ask if you need help finding anything about 10 times but the customer service is horrible. The last time I was in there buying alcohol the total amount was around $25. I had cash, plus a roll of quarters ($10) that I was planning on paying for it with. However, the cashier said they could not accept the quarters because he couldnt verify how much was in there??? I even offered to count them out in front of him! But nope! And they still treated me like trash. Every friend of mine that has been there tells me they have had a similar experience too. I recommend NOT shopping here to everyone I know.

Im local and have come to this liquor store often, never had exceptional service but never thought anything of it. Today, I had just purchased a bottle of wine and Ill admit I was in a bit of a hurry, but as I as walking out the bottle slipped through my hands and shattered just by my feet and right in front of their door. I was startled to say the least, and I offered to clean it up, which the staff denied to. Anyway, I wasnt expecting a free bottle of wine, but the cashier at this time could not even fake a sympathy look as she glanced at me, nor did she ask if I was alright. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Queen liquor is our go to for great service and selection. I just cant say enough about the helpful staff! Whether I am looking for a craft beer, a bottle of wine, or a locally distilled bottle of bourbon, I can count on great advice from Kit and her team. I have to say that they have never steered me wrong in all the years they have been helping me-- and just as importantly, they have always kept my budget in mind and havent tried to upsell me! Hooray for Queen Liquor!!!!

Looking at other google reviews, looks like this store has an on-going issue with the staff having bad attitudes and poor customer service: Which was my experience as well. Other than taking my money and bagging my bottle the guy behind the counter didnt say a word to me. Come on guys, RETAIL 101 greet your guests and make them feel comfortable!

I was just here with my 10 year old daughter who asked "are you going to get the same one as last time? " I asked her which one that was and was told by an employee that my daughter was not allowed to talk about alcohol in their store. Ridiculous! I will NEVER, EVER go back!

Super family owned business! I was as in there yesterday to get a birthday gift. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he even gift wrapped my purchase. Good people, great selections. Queen’s is one of my go to liquor stores.

Certainly not the greatest liquor store in town. But they do have a great selection of beers and the staff are really helpful in finding and trying new things. I enjoy seeing familiar faces when I go.
