Attention Kmart shoppers there is a blue light special on dirty floors and funky smells at this location. We have 50% off of Walmart type customer service. If you act now you can totally walk around the store multiple times without the bother of running into a sole. Thats right folks this location can guarantee you will be one of 2 actual shoppers with money in the store that day. Anyone else you may see are the ghosts of fasion past homeless campers. They settled in the building prior to becoming a Kmart. There is also the worlds slowest Little Cesars inside as well. They compliment each other nicely. The smell of the never hot and ready pizza almost covers up the smell of the overdosing homeless heroin addict shoved under the kids t-shirt rack. This place brings back memories though. I havent seen so many lifeless people since Schindlers list. This has to be a front for some terrorist group interested in killing people with bad fasion, old electronics ,stale chips and flat soda. Alah-ahkmart.

I am a senior citizen and I live 50 miles outside of town. I went to Kmart today to exchange 2 pair of pants (unused with the tags still attached). They were the wrong size. They refused the return because I could not locate my receipt. After some research they were able to determine that I should have returned the pants on the 17th and not the 21st without a receipt. So, they knew I bought the pants from Kmart, they are Kmart brand. They knew that there was no damage, they are new. They refused because it was 3 days late. I will never buy from Kmart again. I can see why there is only one left in town. I expect that one doesnt have long either. I am a 65 year old Army veteran, and I would expecteted to be treated with a little dignity and not like some kid by a poor manager with half my life experiences. Plainly, this is poor customer service. You would think Kmart would consider my situation. Instead management was rude and they bully the few customers they have left.

Im surprised that Kmart is still around. You get that 90s feel when you walk through the door still. The floors, ceilings, shelves, coolers, aisles, and colors all look the same from when I visited this place as a kid. I noticed this last time that they got rid of their sporting goods and electronics departments. They are definitely down sizing. Overall, merchandise, service, and experience is about the same as any other retailer and thats really all that matters. You can still come here to shop for some decent clothes, or even some furniture, but dont be expecting to purchase a fishing pole or airsoft gun.

I love Kmart and I will be really sad when they ultimately close. I miss the way Kmart used to be and wish I could give it more than 3 stars, it makes me very sad! If they dont have something in your size, for some reason, its very unlikely they will restock the item so that youll ever be able to get it in your size. If you think you can just go online to their website to get the item in your size, good luck with that! I ended up having to try a Kmart in a different state while I was on vacation to find my size!

This store is horrible i found 2 items on my entire shopping list! Nothing was organized so i didnt know prices of anything then encountered lazy and rude customer service. I ended up leaving my cart with my 2 items left mad will never go back and went across the street to walgreens....which by the way had nearly all 20 items i needed. Oh and heads up if u search online for in store products...they dont have them either way.

One of the few Kmart locations left in town....so had to drive further...still same bland and boring department store from 1980s.....but location was clean and organized...and BONUS...it had a LITTLE CEASARS PIZZA place inside store...pricing in comparison to Wal-mart was not even close...example -- purchased grass seed/fertilizer for about $ 8....was at $ 14 at this location for exact size and brand????

They still do layaway, and my TV broke I had on layaway. I knew I wouldnt but a 300.00 TV and not get a warranty but couldnt going my receipt drug the whole box in there the manager went above and beyond to find my customer account because of Im Rewards member she came back with my information and told me yes I did buy the warranty and how to replace my TV excellent excellent customer service

Every thing that is wrong with the Kmart brand is present at this store. Other stores should do their "what not to do" videos here. 1) sinage is important 2) bate and switch is illegal 3)being rude to your customers is not effective for the bottom line 4) being openly nasty to your employees isnt effective managment 5) this is a mop...here is how you use it. The list could go on and on.

Ive always been a loyal customer of Kmart. I like the variety of departments, the prices, and the layaway plan. It saddens me that theres only one left in Colo. Spgs. Shopping in store (my pref) or online. Good customer service and Lil Cesars pizza restaurant is convenient, too.

Your store really sucks bad return policy at least Wal-Mart will exchange your itiam with out a a problem not every pays with a debit card or used a reward card and you wonder why kmart going under get with the program treat your customer fairly and be understanding

Dirty, dead plants line the front outside, they are for sale and they are dead, its obvious management doesnt care. Could not wait to get out of the store, had to take a shower when I got home. Very sad!

This place is way over priced & some of the staff can be rather rude and follow you around like youre going to steal something. They are going down fast, I see why theyre closing which is a bummer

This is your standard Kmart but unfortunately, it is pretty run-down and the service isnt fantastic. Its not a bad place to go bargain shopping but I wouldnt make it your starting point.

The citys only remaining open K-Mart store (from 5 decades ago). It features a Little Caesars Pizza station, and a full size garden center with either summer or seasonal goods.
