I must say, at first the lack of stores and the small size intimidates, but after shopping for a while, I prefer it over bigger malls like say... Park Meadows. No hustle and bustle or fighting through crowds to get help. Nope, plenty of staff that have nothing to do except help you with what you need and refuse to ignore you. I like that. It feels personal. Sometimes having less options makes shopping easier and less stress. One minor complaint is that the mall obviously doesnt have a big budget for prettying the place up, but I dont count that against when many shoppers skip over this mall for bigger ones. Id rather come here than wade through crowds of people at Park Meadows. So what if they have smaller inventories and store selection? They have more time to help you, which is something we are sorely missing in todays retail society. Oh and for the hipsters, its a MALL. You go there to SHOP, not hang out and spend $0. That is all.

Kinda of disappointed in the mall as a whole, guess I was expecting the only mall in the Springs to be a little better. Macys was the smallest one I have ever been to, but the Esther at the Lancome counter was very helpful, she is one you could just talk to all day - great demeanor. Ventured to H & M, since I have never been to one - dont think I ever will go to one again. With the exception of the cashier, the employees were rude, not helpful and too busy flirting with each other to notice they had customers. The racks were so overcrowded you could hardly pull anything out and when I asked for assistance the guy, after pausing (with a DA look of disbelief) still did not answer my questions, so I left. After that, was angry and left - went to get the boys a pizza from the place that was recommended by the help at Macys.

A nice mall with a food court with a view, if you eat on the patio or near it. Rent-a-stroller in several locations. Two stories high with huge sky lights and live plants. The grounds open early for walking or running indoors before the stores open. A nice movie theater, and indoor mini golfing. A clean kids area for little ones, plus the Monkey Train for all ages. There are massage chairs throughout and for one dollar you get 3 minutes of awesome. A good variety of stores and services, but my only gripe is that so many stores seem to come and go, so you never know one year to the next if the store you want is there, so check online first if a specific store is important to your visit. And dont forget a few pennies for the wishing fountain and the coin racing vortex buckets :)

Chapel Hills Mall has, over the years, decreased in number of stores and quality of stores. Unfortunately this is due to the widespread death of malls across America, and at no fault to the mall itself. It is in a great location, central and surrounded by a lot of other businesses, and has a very nice movie theater attached to it. However almost every wing of the mall has empty or "For Lease" shops, and seems to have fewer each trip. Although they have added some newer, larger stores, such as H&M, which help to breathe life into the mall. I wish that this mall was better than it is, but if you are looking for more and nicer shops, the Citadel Mall is going to be a better choice for you.

Sincerely, Im surprised that this place is still open. Every time I turn around it seems like something is closing and being replaced by a jewelry store. I know, I know, "spending power of the middle class", but I dont see as many teenagers here either. All of the good places to eat are gone. I never thought that I would see a barber, or putt putt, or Taekwondo gym in a mall.Gordmans was a nice addition, but I feel like this mall is becoming more like Citadel Mall every day while Citadel is getting closer to being bulldozed. Outside of Auntie Annes and Christmas time, I would order from Amazon than go here.

Definitely prefer this mall when compared to The Citadel, but its starting to seem a little worse for the wear. Borders and JC Penney closing have left it with corners of the complex that are practically No Mans Land, now that those larger anchors are gone -- and it seems like Sears may not be far behind. On the plus side, theyve redone their theater and thus revitalized the corner of the mall where K-Mart used to be! (The downside is that I still prefer Tinseltown and the Powers Cinemark to this one.)

I keep wishing Chapel Hills Mall would be the premier place for shopping in Colorado Springs. However there is constant turnover. Especially in the food court. Only three or four of the restaurants seem to last any time at all. - Parking is always easy. - The movie theater there is nice. - Sadly theres no real sit-down restaurants in the mall itself. - Appropriately clean for a mall Mall. The bathrooms could use a little work however. - I wish they would bring some more premier name clothing stores.

Malls are a dying breed in this world with the competition of online shopping and shipping of items to your house. But, despite all that, Chapel Hills has still been kicking and has been refusing to go. There has been businesses coming and going due to rising rent cost and many of us seen our favorite stores leave. But overall its standing on its own. Whether you need holiday shopping, a bite to eat or to hang with friends Chapel Hills is a place to go. -Colorado Springs Local Guide

This once considered dead mall of Colorado Springs, has turned things around and is now the thriving mall, leaving the other indoor shopping mall dying and days numbered. This mall has seen abandonment in stores, including anchors, when JC Pennys and Kmart both left. Now, the old Kmart wing has become a new fancy cinema multiplex, and Burlington Coat Factory joined, as has H&M, and now Gordmans. The mall has a full service Dillards and Macys, like both malls used to have.

This is a pretty steady mall, with much opportunity for entertainment. Though not the normal splay of stores, all day glow golf opportunities and a unique variety of stores makes this a fun mall to wander. Recently a new disc golf specialty store opened in Chapel Hills, while still small and new, it is good to see the mall still showing growth and opportunity. Slow to steady foot traffic keeps visits pretty light and low stress.

Its a mall. It has stores. I went into the mall and used the directory to find my store, bought what I wanted, and left. The only thing to complain about is all the stupid hipsters complaining about how boring the mall is. Its a mall. Until all malls have rides stop being a fa66ot. Go home. Pardon the grammatical errors but im at a bar already drinking beers with my new shirt. This is where I go for fun, not a mall you tools.

Dont let the outside deceive you, once you walk in, the size will blow you away. Chapel Hills Mall has just about every store to meet your need and is conveniently located right off of Academy Blvd. Along with stores, there are fun places for kids and families like mini-golf and karate. Overall this mall is great. There are bigger malls, but this mall will allow you to do the majority if your shopping without hassle.
