Fast and Friendly. Stopped in to look at some colors to paint the interior of our new home. Associate took a active interest in my painting project. Discussed the best products for each room I was painting. Using Emerald for its washability on the kitchen and kids rooms, for the living room and hallways we went with Cashmere for its best finished appearance. Buttery smooth! Would recommend Sherwin Willaims to everyone. Kudos to the Brighton staff.

Absolutely horrible customer service, Chris a manager there sold me paint that was supposed to be garanteed one coat paint and was very rude when I came back and told him that it was not one coat and needed more. He charged me again and could not have been more rude when I asked him to put the color on the outside to make sure it was the same color. I would recommend home Depot or Lowes over them. I will not shop there again.

This is the only place I will go for paint. Forget Home Depot and Lowes, these folks are knowledgeable and understand their customers needs. Color selection is unbeatable and they are constantly running sales on paint and accessories. I have used Sherwin-Williams paint for interior and exterior applications and the quality is fantastic.

Make sure if andrew is doing your order Make him write it down or you will have to pay for his mistake. He admitted that he has a lot of mistakes and he is the assistant manager!! Beware!!!
