This location is the worst King Soopers Ive ever been to. Ive been shopping at this store for 8 years now, and even though I have my occasional good experience here, I try to avoid this store. The store is beautiful but that does not make up for terrible customer service that has been present for so many years. The last time I went I tried to return merchandise with receipt in hand, and they still insisted I had to return it to the store I purchased it from. I got so discouraged by their behavior I just threw the merchandise away and vowed not to go back. The only acception I will make is if I can make a purchase where I dont have to interact with any of the employees, especially managers (and I cant make it to any of the other locations). The managers are worse than the employees, very condecending, and embarrassed me in front of all the customers behind me. They stood there glaring and inspecting my receipts for 5 minutes like they were trying to catch me in a lie, then proceeded to seperate the merchandise they would return and what they would not return (even though I had receipts for everything). When I asked if this king soopers was different from all the others (since they had strange policies Ive never heard of King soopers having, like insisting it has to go back to the store I bought it from) they responded by telling me "this is King Soopers Marketplace....yes we are different". I had everything I should need to return something, yet I was still treated like trash. Ive had other issues over the years with rude managers that made me not want to go back, but this latest issue will keep me away from this store for a very, very long time. I suggest they try to hire some people that dont treat their customers like garbage.

I am SO ANGRY!!! I have literally shopped this store my entire life and they have now turned it into a flippin Walmart!! If I wanted to shop there, I would already be doing so. I shop at King Soopers for a reason, but now I have to drive out of my way (when I live in the mountains and this is the closest store), just so I can shop at a good King Soopers. I loved the Marketplace remodel, but the recent addition of clothing and shoes has literally pushed me over the edge. Managers standing around talking at the front of the store while cashiers are working their bottoms off and I am bagging my own groceries!! Excuse me?? Since when do the poor cashiers have to do everything themselves. I do not have time to wait for them to ring it all up and then bag it too. Trust me, I will never go back there!!

Customer service is horrible. Im a regular at this location, the way their night manger handle a situation we encountered was ridicoules. This is after i sat and listened to the staff B.S. with each other for an unnecessary amount of time. The manger is watching this happen and does nothing. Then the kid leaves his job and tells us he isnt helping us, leaving my husband to bag our groceries. I spoke with the manager instead of taking responsibility for the situation she blamed it on the kids special needs. As a manager that is her job to step in and fix the situation, instead she choose the blame game. Very disappointed in the way this was handle.

This King Soopers is what I call the super King Soopers. it used to be really old and run down and in the back of an old run down mall. That is until they bought the front half of the mall and expanded their store to fill it, in the beginning, this store was so huge that they even had a furniture department, but just recently they decommissioned that department, hmmm, I wonder why, maybe because people dont go to a grocery store to buy furniture? This place also has its own jewelry store, and I think its still there. Good prices and fast service seem to be their main selling point, and thats why I go there.

Kings usually has the best prices compared to other grocers and sometimes is even better than the bulk discount store like Costco. The only things I dont like about this location are the access/parking and the home goods section (it seems corporate agrees, since theyre phasing this out). It does get busy, but inside the store, there are wide aisles and plenty of checkers, so Ive never had a problem with that away from the parking lot. Great produce, meat, and seafood. If you havent already, try the fresh peanut butter machines! So good!

Such bad customer service. I needed balloons for a surprise birthday party at work and I stood at the EMPTY floral/balloon counter for 10-15 minutes without service. I TRIPLE checked the sign that said the counter doesnt close for another hour. Then I called the store and waited on hold for five minutes while I could hear the department being paged. I eventually hung up and left. I will be getting my supplies elsewhere. I only gave it two stars because a very kind woman decorated my cake prior.

I do Love this kings. They Have a great selection and produce is always fresh. But its super busy on weekends and around 5 pm during the week. Even with that I Would have given it 5 stars if they would have kept the ethnic food aisles how they where before they did the last remodel and added the clothing section. The cloths seem to be good quality but they made the ethnic food aisles so small now with less items. That was a big disappointment. Please change that back to the way it use to be!

Buy pretty much anything you need in this store other than furniture. Deli, cheese, sushi, bakery, meat departments are awesome. Only one issue is the store is so huge that you need make sure you have enough time to shop, unless you are going for a couple items that are close to each other. New store manager with in the last 6 months, and assistant manager too. They really have made some great changes in the store.

Wow! What a great King Soopers! First off this store has everything, great selection of products, specialty cheeses, seafood and meats. It goes beyond groceries which is great for school projects for my kids or picking up an extra pair of socks on way to football practice. This store is always clean, fully stocked, staff is always friendly and accommodating. It is nothing like a Walmart like the other reviewer stated. :)

Parking lot is cramped and the store is huge so its decent if you shop for groceries 4 weeks at a time but a complete pain if you just want to run in for a couple things. For as big as it looks they dont have many specialty offerings. Just more basic stuff. If you need to pick up some terrible clothes or patio furniture or cheap jewelry while youre shopping for your 4 weeks of groceries this is your place though.

I think this is the best King Soopers. They have everything. Any time I have had a problem, the managers are more than willing to help me with whatever it is I need. I find everything I need at this store and dont have to go to 10 different stores to get what I want. Convenience is the key factor for me when shopping and this store is most convenient for me with location, pricing, and selection of products.
