I recently had my first appointment at Distinctive Eyes Optometry. They are now in a new, beautiful location and my entire experience was flawless. I was checked in easily (with no wait). My pre-exam with Dawn was wonderful (she made sure that I was comfortable and she also helped me understand my own eye insurance better). Dr. Ngo was incredibly thorough with my exam, and I am seeing better now than I have for a long time.

Friendly, no pressure service. From the two visits I had just picking my new glasses, the staff gave me many tips and thoughts about what glasses I may like. They were also very patient and understanding despite how indecisive I was throughout the time. Great personalities as well.
