I Have Been With Sprint For 5+ Years. Every Time I Go Into This Store I Never Come Out With My Issue Solved. It Seems Like Everytime I Go In Their Are New Faces. Thats Ok But I Dont Feel Like They Are Properly Getting Trained Or Just Dont Care. Sprint Customer Service Threw Phone Is The Way To Go Rather Then Coming In Here. If You Are Planning On Switching Or Have A Issue I Do Not Recommend This Store. Please Go To The Arden One Or Another Location.
