Worst customer service ever, Tim from Pro service is rude and unprofessional! Tim refused to return carpet bought at Home Depot Tulare claiming its from a different location, after I told him its same chain he yelled at me, said "go to Tulare and return it over there".After flipping 4 houses and being loyal customers with Home Depot for 9 years will never go back again! I will stick with Lowes now on where they listen to customers and not yell at them!

I went there on 3/31 and spent about 20 minutes looking around the whole store. All I was looking for was a vent fan and a flat tray to drain my flower pots (garden section I know) and I couldnt find anything. No one helped me even though it was obvious I was looking for something. If someone keeps looking around and walking through EVERY aisle and corner its obvious they cannot find what they need. Never going back here.

I always find what I need, especially today. Found a weed eater Black & Decker 7.5 amp$20 cheaper than Lowes YAY !!! Customer service still needs work, but everything else is good

This place has much better selection of items than Lowes, but the dont offer installation on anything. If you need something installed, go to Lowes but buy the materials here.
