I will not be returning because unfortunately last time at the pharmacy had a really unsettling experience. What I thought would be an easy transaction ended up being quite an uncomfortable experience. I will start by saying I am invisibly disabled and had gone to this location for my prescriptions for close to two years. I basically made a mistake and used my wrong card to buy my prescriptions, a package of batteries, and some garbage bags. Thinking this could be remedied, I brought the receipt back to Rite aid the following day: the front desk said "Im sorry we have no manager on site so I cant help with your transaction." That bothered me because it was about 1 PM on a Saturday and I wouldnt be able to come back on Monday. Bc I had done the transaction at the pharmacy, & I have had such amazingly pleasant experiences with them (especially Victor, a total sweetheart), I headed to the back of the store to the pharmacy hoping they could help me. A white male employee in pharmacy was trying to assist me but seemed very irritated from the second I walked up to the counter. He told me he could only refund and recharge some of the prescriptions but Id have to bring back the batteries and the garbage bags to be able to re-pay for them. Even though it wasnt satisfying and it seemed quite inefficient (rite aid should look into how bed bath & beyond handles customer service), I understood Id just have to deal with repaying for the prescriptions & that Id come back the next day, again, with the batteries and garbage bags (that Id already opened) to repay for them. He told me to swipe my card: I misunderstood (perhaps going on auto-pilot, as we all know this whole insert chip/swipe system is a pain in the ass) & I mistakenly inserted the card... thats when he got very upset with me: "WOW! YOU cant listen to directions!" I was taken aback: "Excuse me?" He again said "I said you really dont follow directions well, do you?" I was pretty shocked with his attitude. I told him I was sorry and that I made a mistake because I experience brain fog due to a heart problem and he scoffed and said "wow that sounds TERRIBLE" in a mocking way. I have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome & one of my parents dropped dead of an unknown cardiac issue two years ago, so please allow me to be clear: my disability and my heart problem is not a joke or something to be mocked by a pharmacy technician who is throwing a fit bc he doesnt want to be at work. After the way hed handled the entire interaction up to that point, I then asked to speak to the pharmacist instead of him and he yelled "NO! I just want you to INSERT your card so I can get you out of here already!" By this time, he was raising my blood pressure and making me feel very uncomfortable with his antagonistic attitude and his aggressive demeanor. Again I said, "no I want to speak to the pharmacist right now, how youre speaking to me isnt OK" he rolled his eyes and loudly sighed and said "Wow, Jane (the pharmacist) can you come here? This lady is crazy." That was not only rude and would be rude to anyone, but for a disabled person with anxiety? I said at that point, "I come to this location specifically because the employees are great: Ive come here for almost 2 years but Im dont think Im gonna come back here again because of the way youve been speaking to me today." He smirked & said "THAT would be TOTALLY fine with me." Unfortunately, while I usually have control over my emotions, I cannot control how my body physically responds to adrenaline. His comments were downright nasty & made a normal conversation into a medical emergency for me: I broke out into hives as blood pressure spiked & I began to have an asthma attack. The pharmacist Jane ran over & tried to calm me down, apologizing about the white male employee and saying "I know he was rude" but at that point I was having an asthma attack & my inhaler was in the car, so I hit cancel on the keypad and left without completing the transaction and abandoning my receipt. This was an awful experience.

Best Pharmacy around! Ive tried all of them, and though the store itself can be a bit sketchy, the pharmacy staff is SO AMAZING, it more than makes up for it. They are kind, quick, and communicate very well. When my health took a sudden and very extreme turn south, the pharmacy Id been going to for years gave me such poor service, even when I was clearly suffering and in pain, that I took my Rx from them, went down the street to this Rite-Aid, and they had me on my way, Rx in hand, in 10 minutes! Ive stuck with them through over two years of horrific health problems and will never go back to my old pharmacy again. They are efficient, courteous, and have the most excellent service.

I went to pick up my prescriptions and asked for a consultation. The pharmacists was standing in front of me but she said she had "clocked out" and could not answer my questions. Her advice was for me to "read the directions" Which was wild, given I had three prescriptions to take some of which were pretty strong. They then said they would call me when a pharmacist returned. This never happened. Really disappointing.

The pharmacy is top notch. The people behind the counter are very helpful, polite and go out of their way to help. I recently was taking a vacation for over a month and was out of touch for any pharmacy so they secured a vacation over-ride for me that allowed me to go on vacation with the required number of pills I needed.

The pharmacist in the pharmacy are the bomb! They are funny, friendly and will answer any questions you have. They are often rushed but take the time to help. They dont like mean people either, but they manage to treat them well too! Courteous, efficient and excellent service!

This is my local rite aide. Its convenient, typically well stocked and has kind workers. They also serve ice cream, if thats your jam. Not the most updated drug store, but decently clean. However they are always, always always understaffed. So be prepared to wait in line.

The pharmacy is great! Efficient, friendly, and they always pick up the phone. The store has pretty decent beer sales prices. Checking out is always kinda slow - but I think thats because of the customers trying to use random coupons and things like that.

This is a great pharmacy! Sam the pharmacist is uber friendly and most helpful. He helped us out of a jam and we really appreciate it. Would highly recommend.
