First of all I just want to say that I never write reviews on anything, and this literally made me feel the need to do so! Lets start off saying that this pharmacy literally works my nerve! This location is one of the rudest pharmacies I have ever called! I work in a doctors office so Im always calling pharmacies, and when I called last week I spoke to a "Becky". She seriously has no manners, and was super rude, I gave her a patients date of birth and her dumb self typed it in wrong and then she tries to confirm it and I correct it, and shes like you said such and such, with attitude and all, Im like no I said ---! So, I called today again for another patient, and when they answer the phone they dont say hello or anything, instead they pick up the phone, you can hear them talking in the background among themselves and then they suddenly place you on hold without even saying anything! Of course then Im on hold for over 10 minutes and no one ever comes back to the phone! I called back and told whoever answered the phone what happened, and I asked if they ever say anything when answering, and he literally disregarded everything I told him and asks what medicine Im calling about! These people seriously need customer service training! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

This is the most disorganized, piss-poor pharmacy Ive ever been to and I wont be back. I arrive there and the woman tells me the pharmacy never received my doctors electronic prescription. I tell her my name, my doctor’s name and number, etc. So she goes in the back to have a pharmacist call my doctors office and five minutes later another woman comes out and tells me they found the electronic prescription paperwork sitting on a shelf in a basket and tell me they wont have my prescription in until TOMORROW. Real nice… Im so glad I wasted 45 minutes (each direction) to drive ten miles to your pharmacy. If they didnt have it in stock they could have called me. Granted, they had misplaced that paperwork so they had no idea, but you know what I mean. BUT IT GETS BETTER… a few minutes after arriving home I check my voicemail and it’s Costco—my prescription was actually in stock and they had made a mistake when they told me it wasn’t—UNBELIEVEABLE. These people are f---ing idiots. I’m not buying milk—I’m buying medicine that I NEED. This is important. Take my advice—go to a reputable pharmacy—not a huge wholesale chain that hires morons who don’t know which way is up….
