Z&Z blew me away from day one. Ive been to many many glass shops and they are always lacking something, good customer service, wide selection of products, good prices and many lack that extra interesting product that intrigues me. Z&Z has it all. The shopkeeper Mike, was friendly, and Im always happy to go see him because hes a great guy and always shows me the new stuff in his store. The product there is VERY plentiful and Im always looking forward to my next paycheck to buy something to expand my glass collection. They also have the products that blow my mind away because its rare I see something new, and Mike always has something new to show me. When they had a bowl piece that i wanted, but wasnt the right size, within the week, Mike picked up some converters for me. Hes always thinking about what the customer will want. That, coupled with his great personality, and their drop dead prices, will always have me coming back to his shop, over and over again. Definitely this shop skyrockets to the number one spot in my favorites list. I visit there once a week, if not more. I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone.

This toobacco shop is awesome. Went to buy a pack of cigarettes the shopkeeper Mike was very very helpful he took the time to show me different flavors of vapor tobacco products that were totally awesome I talked to him about a product that was a complete rip off and he told me he wasnt carrying that in his store anymore he even gave me one free. He showed me the best liquid flavors Ive ever tried it was a truly great experience I promise that come back just to buy the flavors mike is an awesome person its a great smoke shop if youre ever in the Tustin area I suggest you look up Mike.

awful place. he was 15 minutes late opening and was more concerned about turning on the open sign than unlocking the door for a customer. he didnt speak english well so asking about a product was difficult. i wanted to take a couple pictures to ensure i was buying the correct items and he didnt like that. just exactly what are they trying to hide; irs? tax evasion? auditors? city license office? shady dealings for sure. stay away. thanks and happy holidays

Their incompetence would be hilarious if it wasnt so sad. I called ahead of time, asked if they carried scales that measure to a thousandth of a gram (0.001) and was told that they had a variety of those in stock. When I drove all the way over, not only did they not have what they assured me was in stock, but I had to explain to the clerk what a thousandth was. Pretty sad to see the look of astonishment on a grown mans face as I taught him basic third-grade math.

i love this place when the owner mike is working sadly lately his brother has been working at the shop and hes not nearly as good as mike. even today i went to go get a nail i got to there shop at 9:10am and they still werent open i waited for about 15mins still didnt open, truly sad that you guys cant even open on time, well for this employee anyways

This place has some awesome pipes and also a great selection of my favorite flavored juicy jays as well as some pretty sweet looking clipper lighters. Also i saw some doughnut/ ice cream flavored e-cig juice i am definitely gonna have to come back for... great service too. (:
